    A very helpful app to have the tickets organized and with easy access when boarding. Still pending a clear and intuitive change mechanism.
  • How do I get ticket on my phone?

    The app tells me to go through the email. Email tells me to go through the app. Please someone tell me how to load to my apple wallet. Almost missed my train. Online support was not existent.
  • Not able to scan tickets in App

    i purchased from Eurostar a ticket direct from Rotterdam to London..which includes riding on the Thalys first to Brussels .yet a scannable ticket does NOT appear in the app ;: BEWARE:: a combination ticket will not show in the app ..nor are Wallet tickets possible in Holland or Belgium ...and you cannot print your ticket at the station if you paid with Apple Pay or any other virtual payment system....this app is a bit useless for modern day travelers...needs to be improved

    Thank you for your feedback. Mobile tickets are available for all of our direct routes except Amsterdam and Rotterdam at the moment . It is something we are working on and hope to improve very soon. thank you. Mark

  • Oops, something went wrong

    Eurostar App’s favourite message. After dozens of tentatives to book online, that vey same message keeps popping at the very last step of the booking after you’ve entered your card details of course. And that happens right in the middle of the BA data breach scandal. After several calls to the booking Centre and more than an hour waiting, the agent charges an extra 100 pounds because I have not sent an email with a screenshot of the issue. The icing on the cake is that they make you feel like you are the problem and no one else experiences issues with the app. First class service Eurostar. To be added to the long list of Eurostar scams including the creative excuses for not compensating for the usual delays and st Pancras waiting hall stable style experience

  • Seating preference

    When booking tickets on any train or airline on line you can choose your preferred seats before buying tickets on euro star you have to pay then choose the seats!!! What if the type of seats I like is sold out ? Then I’m stuck with what’s available or have to check other train times And takes much more time than it’s supposed to .. it’s in convenient

    As it should with a premium train service. The app seems to work well. Easy to use. Worth downloading if for no other reason than to manage your bookings
