Update glitch fixed.

A few days ago it seemed like everyone was having issues with the newest update, I left a review asking for help, I got a reply and my app was back to normal within a day! Great customer service! Thank you!

Favorite Banking app of all time

Ent has become my favorite financial institution and now itโ€™s app is right there in the same โ€˜excellentโ€™ column. No other money institution has the same ease of use or set up as Ent. I have tried to set up other bankโ€™s mobile apps on my iPad, but they all require use of a cell phone to confirm the set up. Hate to break it to them, but some of us actually live in remote areas that do not have cell service. Ent has a work around for that eventuality. Bless them. The app is also very easy to use and changes in my balance are nearly instantaneous. Also, the one time I had to call support, the phone was answered on the the second ring....by a real human! Amazing. I can not recommend both Ent Credit Union and the mobile app more strongly. Well done, dear developers. ๐Ÿ‘

Worthless for making mobile deposits

Itโ€™s next to impossible to deposit a check with this app. Either it canโ€™t read the check or the check photo is outside the lines. Yesterday I thought I finally made a successful mobile deposit because it appeared to go through. Alas, this morning I received an email to redeposit the check. I ended up going to the bank to redeposit the check. Whatโ€™s the point of having the app if it doesnโ€™t work??

Love the Ent app!

I use this app to check my balances, transfer money, use Money Insight, and deposit checks. I love Money Insight to help me keep an eye on my budget and other financial accounts. It is a great tool to have and see everything in one place!

Bill pay system is horrible

The last bill pay system was perfect! You could track your payments and view history to each company easily. This new bill pay system doesnโ€™t allow you to do that conveniently. You have to go back to each month and then go back to the payments. Please bring the history list back

Thank you for your feedback. You can view bill payment history by clicking "View More" under Recent Payments. If you'd like to view history for any biller individually, you can select "Manage Payees" choose the Payee you wish to view, and then select Payee Activity.

Great app! I am able to do nearly all of my banking business. It's easy to navigate and do my banking quickly.
Ent is great! Greatly appreciate their service and banking services. The employees are about customer service!

Bill pay feature = Not great

Fix the bill pay feature please, the previous version was pretty good and one of the big reasons I moved my accounts to ENT. Now itโ€™s harder to see previous payment and sort through bills. The app does always seem to work pretty good though other than that.

Struggling with the Change in Bill Pay

Up until the big Bill Pay change, I would have rated this app a 4 or a 5. Since I use Bill Pay, heavily, the sudden negative change in that part of this app continues to taint app. However, after 40 years with Ent, my hope is I am in the right place and this app will one day return to a 5.

Great app, been using it for a while; but found a bug

Using an iPhone 6, so it might just be that the device is becoming outdated, but when attempting to go to the Alerts section? โ€”whether it be to set up an alert or otherwise โ€”I am rendered unable to actually touch anything in the app as it effectively freezes and begins flashing brightly. It doesnโ€™t crash however, but is still rendered otherwise unusable when going to this section of the app.
Not to mention that the flashing is violent enough that it may affect users with epilepsy.

Great until recently

I have had this app for quite a few years, and never really had a problem with it since I got it. Until now. The transaction alert system decided to take a vacation. It used to be so great, to where as soon as my card was swiped at a restaurant, my phone would chime with amount that was taken out. As of late, itโ€™s only sending email notifications when a transaction happens on my card. I relied pretty heavily on that and itโ€™s getting frustrating. I called and talked to the tech team and let them know but Iโ€™ve heard nothing back.
