Real People Answer the Phone
PSCU is a great institution with a personal touch. Real people answer the phone, online question get answered quickly. With mobile deposit and the huge network of ATMs, not having many branches is really no problem.

PSCU App
I love the app. It is user friendly and easy to access with many many option. Thank you PSCU!
App needs work
It’s slow, doesn’t always log in- I have to kill the app 2 to 3 times and restart to finally get logged in and access my banking. So 3 stars. Bill pay portion of the app is klunky as well.
Always buffering
This app is always buffering when trying to log in I have to log in multiple times before it actually loads. It’s so slow with anything you click on. You have to have a lot of patience to just check your accounts.

Working with Pacific Service has been an amazing experience. Pacific Service financed 5 vehicles and we were able to pay 4 of them off. Additionally, Pacific Service refinanced our home, allowing us to pull equity and the process was simple. In closing, my husband and I were able to get a credit card with max amount that assisted in a dental procedure, which we are so grateful for. Easy to use.
How to move from one area to another is very understandable.
Pay Bills-NOT
I love that I can deposit a check but not happy that I can’t see what bills are due so I can pay them. It would be nice if there was a new bill alert or at least a notification on the main page when tha app opens….like a 1,2 or 3 in red on top of the Bill Pay wording, otherwise you have to go all the way into bill pay to check everyday.
Also, the app is very slow opening (loading) and changing from on screen to another.

Efficiency saves time
Every transaction, loan and interaction with a representative with PSCU has been professional and excellent. Because I live in a different city most of my business with PSCU is done by phone. I am satisfied each time I talk to a representative. They are knowledgeable and courteous. This saves me precious time and relief.
