Needs improvement
For an app that handles people’s money, you’d think it would work flawlessly. Really needs improvement, very frustrating when app doesnt work properly.

Functional but very slow
The app works fine, it is just really slow to log in and load info.
Great banking products
We have been PSCU MEMBERS for over 30 years. Not once have we ever had a problem that was not resolved. They have the latest technology to meet our needs.

Never works
I have to exit out of the app at least four times for it to allow me to transfer money or even work. Way too slow and too many glitches, makes me want to switch banks.

I don’t like that we can no longer use our iPad. I have long nails and it makes it hard to use the pho res smaller screen.

Mobile App - User Friendly
The mobile app is user friendly. It’s forgiving in that it allows me to return funds I inadvertently transferred to the wrong account.
I enjoy features like viewing account balances without logging in as well as adding accounts from other institutions.
Every representative from counter service at branches to loan services has been extremely patient and helpful.

App is very slow and laggy
Even as I’m writing this review, the characters aren’t being shown as I type them. Nearly every time I make a transfer I have to try 3 or 4 times before it goes through
