  • Horrible design!

It is only because I’m so angry that I’m going to expend the energy to warn others about this app.
I tried to order 2 tickets for an event, but kept getting an error message every time I submitted the payment. My wife then noticed we were getting alerts from our credit card company and it looked like the order went through 3 times (matching the number of times I tried to resubmit it). I also noticed we had 6 tickets showing in my account.
Then I tried to reach someone at eventbrite, but of course like every other company that provides horrible service they give you no option to connect with a human being. So I have to write it out on a request and hope I was clear. AFTER I submitted the refund request I noticed that the 6 tickets were NOT 6 tickets at all, but 2 sets of all three options we selected for our 2 tickets, but showed as 6 different tickets. So I now realized I DON’T want the refund that I can’t take back. This purchase experience is a nightmare. How can these processes be so bad??

  • Greedy corporate rip offs

I have events for the last eight years I never profit but they always get $600-$1000 and ticket fees they charge you for selling the ticket. They charge a customer for buying a ticket. They charge you to transfer your own money to your bank then they charge some other stupid fees and they’re always raising their prices slowly they think they’re slick now on top of all that they want to charge $50 for plan for another fee when they’re already making a killing off of me. They’re pretty much robbing me and I’m allowing it and now they really really really wanna rob you. I’m gonna do everything I can to tell all my promoter friends to stop messing with a Eventbrite move on create a website or go to other options that’s not their Sister company. Eventbrite shame on you. You guys are greedy, horrible people. my little measly three parties I have a year you guys probably make almost 3000 off me a year in fees I’m doing everything in my power to make sure you don’t get that no more and my promoter friends and our podcast that have over 40,000 people. We are going to continue to tell people not use your service you money, hungry greedy, thugs

  • A Must-Have for Event Enthusiasts!

I've been using Eventbrite for quite some time now, and it has become my go-to app for discovering and attending events. The user-friendly interface makes it incredibly easy to find events that match my interests and schedule.

What I enjoy most about Eventbrite is the vast variety of events it offers. Whether I'm looking for concerts, workshops, food festivals, or local meetups, Eventbrite always has something exciting to offer. The app's search and filter options make it a breeze to pinpoint the perfect event for any occasion.

Booking tickets and RSVPing is a seamless process, and I appreciate the convenience of having all my event details and tickets stored in one place. The reminders and notifications ensure I never miss out on an event I've signed up for.

The community aspect of Eventbrite is also a plus. I've had the chance to meet like-minded individuals at events and make lasting connections. Overall, Eventbrite enhances my social life and keeps me engaged with the local scene.

If you love attending events or are simply looking to spice up your social calendar, Eventbrite is the app you need. Highly recommended!

  • Incredibly difficult to get in

This App is incredibly difficult to get into. I couldn’t remember my password and so I opted to reset it by way of an emailed link. Didn’t get one. Tried again. Didn’t get one. Tried 20 more times before I finally got one almost two hours later. By that time, the links (all 22 came in at once) had expired, so I had to start over. Frustrating to say the least. In this day and age, everything is computerized. There is no reason it should take that long for a computer to send me a link to reset my password. It should be an instantaneous transaction. Ridiculous! I was also supposed to get an email with my ticket in it, but, three hours later, that one has yet to show up. The person I am going to the event with has yet to get anything from eventbrite. At this point, I’m not sure she’ll be coming with me. Absolutely disgusted and completely frustrated with this app. Will not be using it again after this event! If I could give it zero stars I would!

  • Honestly, if possible, I would just put zero stars

So unfortunately, I’ve been trying to buy tickets for an event for the past couple days now, but this app has made it unbelievably difficult. Apple Pay does not work. I even tried the other payment method such as in putting your card directly or as well as PayPal did not work either. When I tried getting in contact with customer support they only tend to organizers of events instead of the attendees so clearly this app and its creators don’t care about those who want to purchase tickets, I’m not sure if this could ever be fixed but I am incredibly frustrated. Honestly I don’t recommend this app because the moment there’s an issue with it no one is there to help you, but unfortunately due to my situation the only way you could attend this event is through the stupid app that does not work, so now I’m not sure what to do. Hopefully they fix this issue soon but honestly I don’t recommend using this app.

  • Eventbrite

Eventbrite app reflex only the bright side of event booking for music events in particular including after parties. Eventbrite app all's customers and account holders to purchase individual tickets to reserve there admission to A-lust events such as the Fontainebleau NYE party even featuring Dona Cat or the Halloween Event hosted guest of honor performer,Travis Scott!! This app is giving the fans what they want as long as they choose to pay for it. Very safe trustworthy app to boom festivities for a trip or vacation. I advise vacation goers to always purchase tickets prior to attending an event at a hotel, regardless of hotel stay staus i can confirm, hotel party hopping especially in Miami, FL is "a thing", celebrate safely, ensure entry, and confirm available transportation via Uber or Lyft. Plan ahead and plan to be treated Right, by booking with eventbrite ☀️

  • The events are great, recommendations are not

I have used Eventbrite for quite some time and I really appreciate the work this app is doing. Having said that there are some basic recommendations I am frequently frustrated by. I want to get out and meet people in person and I have no problem that there are great events happening online I just would like them to be out of my feed.

I also feel like it’s hard to find or plan more casual events on the app. I understand there are other apps like Meetup but I would really love if you could host a big Hiking event on the app without it being weird.

Again, I do appreciate the effort to use technology to help people connect in person. I just hope that the app can take it to the next level and become a place where popular people go to find events, not just to document details and RSVPs of those events.

  • Total credit card fraud

I bought my tickets online through Eventbrite and it forced me to download the app to get my tickets. I can’t get into the app, I’ve reset my password, tried logging in through Apple, tried logging in through my email. The only option in the app is to buy more tickets. When I try to access the ones I’ve already bought it asks me for my password, which I just created, and says it’s invalid. This is illegal by the way to take someone’s money when you are on notice that they can’t access the product. No customer service number. They are scam artists. Stay away from this app. They also asked me for my birthday for my tickets which is an unnecessary breach of my privacy and could lead to identity theft. They could have just asked me to confirm if I was 21 plus.

  • Passionate again!

I am always learning and researching. I love it. I haven’t done anything with other folks for awhile and I enjoy that communication. In my business, when making a flower centerpiece, I use vintage handpicked item. I only make one of an arrangement because it makes it special and I truly love variety. You offer so much variety and I absolutely love it. You have made my gratitude list everyday for a long time! I’m excited about my class in the morning, so I need to close. Have a blessed evening. Carol

I have ventured into “ Excellence in Vintage”. Includes well know vintage wall art, gallery ready, vintage crystal , vintage vases, vintage jewelry,
Vintage gifts including stuffed toys. All are growing in values.

I love everything you have offered me. I live in the sticks (love it) but had horrible wifi and internet problems so I missed so many things! I have a new reliable network!

I have thought of many ways to give back. I need to have a steady income first! I am so very grateful!

  • Terrible unstable design

One of the worst designed apps on my phone. Very unstable with no QA. Links to events do not resolve in app ever, not one time can I click a link to an event and the app takes me to that event. Very difficult to resolve issues with multiple accounts being created when purchasing. The search basically does not work even when using the exact words on the event, I have to open a laptop to get to them. The event search and filter is atrocious, if I say sort by date then it removes all the results except for two. It will show events from the past. This whole thing works like it was built by a college student smoking weed.
