  • App crashes

    This app crashes no less than two to three times every time I place an order. It is SO frustrating and has been an ongoing issue for several MONTHS. I cannot believe it has not been fixed. Today I have been unable to complete my order after I added items I keep getting an error message. Please fix these issues!!!!!

  • Definitely not a good app

    Sorry but I’m trying my best to be patient, but this app is impossible to search for something and find what you are looking for. I have been in the store and I know they have an item but finding it on the app is really hard. You have got to do better! Also, I’ve used the pick up three times and two out of the three times, they had me wait for them to finish.

  • Crashes ALL the time!

    This app crashes consistently crashes at least 3-5 times every single time I use it. It will forget any recent things I’ve added to my cart, or any changes I’ve made at all. Really wish they would fix this as the convenience of shopping from the app is super nice, but not when it crashes multiple times each use!

  • Crashing, crashing, crashing

    Crashes about every 20 seconds +/- Thought I might not have IOS 15 version so I deleted and re-downloaded. As happened on previous occasions, I now cannot sign in. App allowed me to reset password but rejects it. Now requiring me to call a number that won’t be available until Tuesday after Memorial Day. I have order to pick up but cannot connect to store. And another thing, the freshly downloaded app will not allow access to my store.

  • Shuts Down Randomly.

    Was shopping. Had a small order. Went to check out and the app indicated the credit card expired. So I went to “edit” the card and update the date. It brought me to a screen that has no date update function or link. So I try it again, thinking, maybe a glitch. No, same thing. A pop up window shows and asks if I’d like to give feedback, I click on it to do so and the app shuts down. Finally after shutting down two more times, the only way to “update” and expired date was to ADD the card back in with the new date and delete the old one. What a waste of time! Just within those few minutes, my cart selected time for pick up had expired and I was bumped to an hour later. THAT is enough to make me go to Kroger or some other app. That was a joke of programming for sure.

  • Constantly crashes

    I’ve been tolerating this app for several years. I’ve submitted numerous complaints to no avail. In fact there appears to be no method to submit concerns to the developer directly. Hence my need to use the review process.

    I run the app on an iPad and iPhone. Both devices are current and using the latest operating systems offered by Apple. The app consistently crashes after about 3 to 4 minutes of use. While Apple has updated their operating systems numerous times, this has not solved the problem.

    I do not experience this problem with any of my other numerous apps. I, therefore, have to assume the problem is with the app itself. I’ve noticed other reviewers have also complained about this problem also to no avail.

    I was really hoping that the latest update to the app would finally solve the problem. I was so looking forward to use the app in a normal fashion. But alas my hopes were dashed again.

    Please have someone address this issue.

  • Glitchy

    I use this app on an iPad. In the middle of an action it just stops and I get a white screen and spinner which always requires a restart of the app. When viewing a product using pinch and zoom, the app gets stuck on zoom again requiring a restart. It’s a frustrating app to use.
  • Crashes and hard to update orders

    The app crashes when you are in there too long. A redesign was done recently and now updating your order has gotten significantly more difficult. Please go back to the old version!
  • Kludgy

    App continually crashes. This complaint has been going on for a very long time and the developers can’t seem to correct it. Once you’re booted, you have to go through your whole past history, or re-do your search terms to get back to where you were before the crash.

    Interestingly, I have responded to pop-up questionnaires about the quality of my online experience; both times the app crashed before I was finished responding. 🤦‍♀️

    Also, it is difficult, if. It impossible to remove items from your past purchases. Confirmation messages show up at least three times for the same items and the items do not delete from the purchase history. It would be a good app if these issues were fixed, but currently it’s very challenging to one’s patience.

  • Crashes way too much

    This app is decent when it’s not crashing, which is every single time I use it. It also causes my phone to over heat before crashing. I’ve been using this app for over a year and a half now and I have not seen any improvements. If this issue can be resolved this app would get a better rating.
