  • If only you would offer rain checks for pick-up orders

    I’m Handicapped and need pick-up service. But finding that each time I go, there are items not available. If I were able, I could go into customer service to get a rain check. I believe and recommend that it should be an option offered online.
  • Please fix it

    Have used for some time and like the electronic coupons. But recently something changed and when you click on “show more” it automatically takes you back to the top and you have scroll all the way down again to see the next set of coupons. ANNOYING. please fix it!!
  • Getting better every day

    Still crashes occasionally. However, every update adds functionality like being able to apply my grocery dollar rewards to my pickup order and substitution options per product. Your developers are working overtime and it shows! This app was very cumbersome six months ago and now is easier to use every week. Great job!!

  • Issues after update

    I use the app weekly to order groceries and check my rewards point availability. Since the last update all rewards point/ choice point categories zero out. If I delete and then reload the app (which I’ve done several times) it works for a few moments showing the information and then it zeros out again. Until this gets fixed I’m only giving the app 1 star!

  • Current trip

    I miss the safety standards first implemented at the start of the pandemic. Please bring back one way entrance and exit and marked aisles and checkout distancing. This should be a new standard for the ongoing protection we need when gathering in public buildings.
  • Martins app horrible Do Not Download!

    This is absolutely the worst App I have ever used since apps became available. Do not waste your time and definitely do not use your credit card here to order food or items fr m Martins. I spent 20 or 25 minutes downloading the app, giving them my email, phone number, address and credit card information. I then ordered a beef backstrap on Monday and Martins apps said I could pick it up between 6 and 7 on Wednesday. They promptly charged my credit card the cost of the backstrap and tax plus also charged me 3.00 extra dollars for a online order. Well how nice of Martins to throw that in at the check out. So Wednesday I drive the 30 minutes through the city to get to the store. I go inside to get my order only to be told I had to go back to my car, park in a designated parking spot and call them. So o went back outside called the number, then they take my name and inform me my order was cancelled. So I am about 40 minutes into the trip, already paid Martins. And now my order has been cancelled, no curtesy Email, text, phone call, Nothing!! Simply, your order was cancelled. Well F?!($;56? THANK YOU Martins. I still haven’t got my money back. Biggest scam during the Pandemic Martins taking hard earned dollars and promising food only to find out they cost me more money in gas and time than it was worth.

  • Peabody worked great but this app is terrible

    Peabody worked great but the Martins app freezes and a blank page to sign up, which I have done multiple times. With Peabody you could update your cart but not Martin’s app. It appears I lost my place. I finally gave up and had one of their competitors deliver groceries. I tried again this morning with the same results. Very frustrating. This terrible app is costing them my business during COVID-19.

  • Fix the new app issues please

    Loved the old app. Had very little problems using it. This new merged app is awful. Half the time I can’t get into my account. I can’t clip coupons or see the weekly ad. I can’t add items from ad to my shopping list, only cart. I don’t want to shop online. I just want to make shopping in store easier. I like some of the new options, like seeing past purchases listed with current pricing (which includes sales), but I honestly have only been able to properly use this new app 20% of the time.

    The newest update is awful. Can no longer add items to shopping list directly from the weekly ad screen or the coupons screen. And I lost many of my previously clipped coupons. Loved being able to add a product to my shopping list directly from the coupons. Now, it wants me to choose a specific flavor/variety of the item. I don’t know what flavor I want, I just want to add the coupon to my shopping list. And I can no longer add recipes to my personal recipe book. I can only read the recipes. Why read and not be able to save anymore!

  • Bonus card gone after app update

    Stood in the store and usually the bonus card is at the top of the app so cashier can scan. Instead of holding up the line just did without it. So lost those points...why do companies always change things and mess them up? Very poor service...called the store and the poor staff are hearing lots of complaints. Guess it’s back to Safeway and Weis....
