Excellent, BUT....
Love this app. Especially the daily review process. However, I now need repeating projects (or at least repeating lists - as they would be "projects" in this app). SO, I must go (to Things3) until you have repeating lists or projects implemented (if ever?). Also, would be awesome to be able to delineate tasks or sub tasks within lists into labeled sections. And pie in the sky wish -- move the notes area up to sit under the title of the task or list. Notes describe what the list or task is. They should be further up.
UPDATE: I know there are recurring tasks. But that does not help when you need an entire list (project) with multiple tasks (preferably grouped into sections) to repeat weekly or monthly.Show lessskyhaus
Great app!
I love everything about this app. I have all my list and things to do organized. They have made it simple to keep track of everything even stuff you need to do a year from now. It has everything I need!
I thought when I did the update it had deleted everything, gave me a small heart attack by the way. I had clicked on restore transactions and nothing happened, but then , I closed the app and tried it again and in finally worked. So no harm done.

Not presented correctly
This app is not free, it is not letting to to set reminders for future dates unless you upgrade.
Not worth the money with so many free apps out there ...kaskaz13

Setting a reminder is a completely free feature and while the 'start date' is part of the Premium version, you can simply use the calendar view to add a reminder to a specific future date.Good
This is a good app for organising what I need to study, however I don’t understand the point of crossing the task out as done, but it shows up as overdue? So I have to delete the task. I don’t get the point of crossing it out AND deleting the task since the deleted tasks aren’t easily accessible and I’d like to see all the completed tasks easily. It’s annoying that it shows up as overdue some time after I’ve crossed it out.
Other than that, it’s a good app, I particularly like the someday but as it reminds me of stuff I need to do in the future.Show lessYilian16

Heya! A Swiped tasks isn't showing as overdue, it is simply swiped and pending in your active lists in case you wish to resume work on it or keep track of it. You may simply shake the device to remove all swiped tasks :)Great app but would suggest an improvement
I love how this operates, except if you are adding an item to the grocery list this could be improved. If you type for example strawberries, it automatically categorises this as fruit and vegetables which is correct. However if you type in strawberries x 500g (needing the amount specific for recipes), it is uncategorised and each time this happens it is a pain to edit each entry.Show lessSwannymum
Stopped working since update
I really liked the app and have saved many tasks on it over time. However since the last update in August 2020 the app does not open anymore and now I cannot get to my tasks which is very frustrating. I use an older phone, an iPhone 6, so don’t know if it’s because of this. But there should have been some notice given if this is to do with older iOS support as I am now stranded. Not good. Apps gone from a 5 star to a 1 due to its support&mainenance not due to functionality, because when it works it’s good.
UPDATE: After posting the review, the day after there was an update and the problem has been fixed! Great! Back to enjoying a good app.Show lessOakleighomer

I have been using this App for a long time since introduced. Was excellent but now they have changed it all and made it too hard to use.
The best thing that made this so great was it’s simplicity but they seem to have forgotten the user.Blasha12

Up until the latest update I had found this app to be useful, user friendly and slick across various platforms. Unfortunately this has all changed for me and my partner that I share many lists with. The view options seem to be less. The grid option has gone. The syncing across multiple platforms like Alexa is problematic. The ability to edit lists seems to be far less accessible. We're sorry you feel this way! The views were actually increased, not decreased :) While the Grid was removed, a new navigation was introduced with clearer options for reviewing tasks. We are not aware of any issues with editing nor with syncing so if you're still experiencing these please submit a bug report via Settings - Support and our team will gladly look into it for you!Not a great app if you are a voice-over user!
I was very excited to try this app after hearing it recommended on iOS today. Sadly, the accessibility lets it down. There are many unlabelled buttons; it can be impossible to go out of the page if you don’t want to make any changes; and it isn’t at all clear how to navigate the page effectively using voice-over. Such a shame. I like the combination of having my reminders and events in one calendar. Come on developers think about everybody being organised!Show lessbelyndye

I downloaded this yesterday, paid for the version with the bells and whistles and spent time inputting my tasks and meetings. It looks great. Unfortunately, by the end of the day, it had frozen and now it will not open. It freezes while trying to open and then just shuts down. I’ll give it a couple days to see if the programming can but fixed, but otherwise I’m cancelling quickly to avoid losing money. It’s a shame, the format (for the first 4 hours) was fantastic.
Update to my prior review: IT reached out and has been very responsive over the last week or so in trying to fix the crashing issue. They updated the software and the crashing problem is resolved! I have this app on my iPhone and iPad. The goal is to get rid of my paper planner, and this 100% has me on my way. Truly a great app to stay organized with tasks and calendar.
