  • Smart pay.

    I like the smart pay at the pump. But when I’m in the store and using the mobile app at the cash register they seem to not be able to scan they say to improve the display brighter. But I have it set at the highest level. And they say it’s my fault. I think this is wrong. You need to adjust your stuff on your end. But I have no troubles at the pump and I like that. So I might not be going in store very much. But thank you for the SmartPay app. And the $.10 off per gallon. Thank you. Mark

  • Coolest way to Pump

    That was the coolest thing ever. I set up my bank account info on the secure app. Pulled up to the new Turkey Hill Location, typed in the store number and pump number on the app, and my pump was instantly activated! No card, no getting out to pay, and then got 20¢ off (regular 10¢ off plus the new stores grand opening promo of an extra 10¢ off)! That was the coolest thing ever. I wonder if it works if you need to help a friend stranded at a gas station (may use location services?)? That would be awesome, as soon as I typed the pump number my pump activated before I got out! Very neat.

  • This app has never worked.

    I’ve tried to use this at least a dozen different times at two Kwik Shops. I’ve alerted the people inside the stores that I’ve had trouble. It seems I’m not alone. One of the people who worked at a store told me the app has never worked for her. I even called the corporate customer service number. They made a suggestion of turning off the Wi-Fi on my phone and use data roaming instead… that didn’t work. Then they said if that failed, they suggested rather than using the app, using a swipe card that are provided at the checkout. I tried to do this, however they were out of them at the two stores that I checked. This tells me that the app must be worthless for a lot of people. Needless to say, I’m beyond frustrated with this buggy app and the company in general. Don’t offer an app that doesn’t work, and then suggest using an old school swipe card that you don’t have.

  • Shweeeet App :)

    This is an easy to use app & it’s GREAT to always save 10 cents on gas & not have to buy a crap load of groceries or anything else to get the savings! It’s the first time that something you think is too good to be true really is true. PLUS you receive free drinks & snacks & a variety of things in the Cumberland Farm store just for using their app & getting gas from them which is always cheaper than anything else around. Only down side is there aren’t Cumberland Farm stations on every corner ;)

  • Smart Pay Gas

    I was initially confused, then I noticed the instructions on the pump. I followed the instructions, but I was unsure if I was getting my savings, because the flashing light on top of the pump kept going back and forth from non member to smart pay member. I followed the app instructions. I pressed the grade and started pumping gas. The app continued to read select grade and pump. So I stopped gassing and repressed the gas grade. Then I noticed the price per gallon was on the pump. Stopping and repressing the grade was unnecessary, I was already getting my discount. Next time around will be much easier. Someone tech savvy, like a child, would find the process easy.

  • Save time and money

    I love this app!
    It only took about two full business days to fully setup my account. Now, I pull up to the pump, open the app, let it know what pump number I’m at and it goes right through! No swiping, don’t have to put your card in and you save quite a bit! On top of savings, there is also many deals to get even MORE savings per gallon of gas. My husband just signed up as well and is also really impressed! We will use this every single time we need to fill up/get snacks and food at a gas station!

  • When there’s signal, this is great!!

    It’s super easy to use. The bonuses are easy to follow and use. I can use the app for both gas and in-store purchases. My only frustration is that in certain locations, where cell service is weak, there are times you cannot open the app. (No WiFi signal to link from the store) I get so frustrated when that happens that I drive off to another gas station. I have the money to pay, but when the app glitches, I’d rather drive to the competitor than support the glitches. I realize that’s petty and ridiculous. When it happens over and over, though, I get frustrated. A WiFi signal could fix the issue so easily.

  • Great app, always works, even for family members who are getting gas when we aren’t there!

    This app has saved my hind plenty of times, I am a keys wallet phone person, albeit an empty wallet most times, no need to take out any cards or checks, I don’t even have to leave the car to get gas, just open my app, pay, gas up and go! Also wonderful for the bonuses like free coffee and such. Honestly I’ve used this app for so many years I’m never going to go back to any other way, also the added perks of many Cumberland farms locations throughout New England makes ease of using the app that much easier

  • Almost there

    I’m a tough customer please even at a store like come on farms… Sometimes all you want to do is get in and get out… Had to stop at one of your stores tonight for a restroom break on my trip home… Bathroom was impeccable. Clerk was attentive… Greeted me when I walked in thanked me as I walked out… At the same time there was a delivery crew they are emptying a trailer and even the gentleman unloading the trailer stepped aside to make away for the customer as opposed to marching forward with his cart of supplies. It’s so nice to be served well even when you don’t expect it… Nice work to the Westford mass store off of Route 495… Clearly the management team is walking the property with a critical eye someone clearly is taking pride in this location

  • IMMEDIATE collections agency

    I used the app for the first time in a while to get gas, and only when the charge didn’t appear in my bank after a day did I realize the app must have had my old bank account. So, just open the app and connect to my new bank account— easy peasy, right? NOPE, of course not. Not only is it IMPOSSIBLE to change your payment method via the app OR online (the website they sent me to kept saying I had no account despite it letting me log in, and there was no option to MAKE an account, it just brought me to the same useless screen). Then, within TWO DAYS, I began getting calls from a collection agency which I first thought was spam before realizing it was the Cumberland Farms charge!!! Instead of reaching out to me first and getting the issue resolved directly, they immediately pawned my charge off on a collections agency and now I have to pay a $25 fee on top of the gas cost!!! I’m livid—it was an honest mistake that I genuinely wanted to fix. Now I’m never using this app OR gas station company again. Kcuf you, Cumbies!!!
