The app works perfectly fine, do not use SmartPay.
I’ve been using the app for over four years. They have a person works Works perfectly fine and is very enjoyable. But the company that smart pay works with her some of the worst customer service and is out to get as much money from you as possible. Somehow my bank account got reverted to the previous bank account which no longer exist. And Has not in four years. On the same exact day one went through perfectly fine for my gas and another purchase using the same smart pay was rejected. When there, they are charging a $50 fee and up at the four dollars with the procedures. They take no accountability for any mistakes and they make. Unfortunately I love the idea of saving $.10 a gallons. But with the $50 visa they love to throw in there whenever they feel like they can revert the system back. I have officially been charged as much as I saved into years. Definitely not worth the hassle I am dealing with.....Show lessSt.louism
Changed my rating, it works fine now, was not due to app
Updated this morning and all it does is sit there and spool it will not load it just keep saying loading... I finally got them on the phone later in the day when it still would not work. The suggested that I use my card at the gas station to receive the discount and that they were having trouble with their servers and the app should be working in the morning.
They were right, it works fine and I love the Touch ID feature :)Show lessdo2n
Money and time-saver
I love this program and the app. I’ve been using it since we moved almost two years ago and Cumberland Farms is not only the closest gas station but also the best priced in our area even before the 10 cents/gallon savings. Never have any issues when I go to other locations either, and especially in bad weather love being able to pay while still in my car and only get out to actually operate the pump. I don’t even use the other rewards to be honest, just the gas discount is more than worth it!Show lessZbunny84
