  • How can an app get worse with every update!

    It takes ages for the app to load the initial flash screen and then you hope bits and pieces of the functionality will work. Alas the app reports “oops something went wrong. Try again” in the section where you wanted to see the balance of your daughter’s mobile. Another time you wait patiently to get past the initial flash screen only to get the mandatory update required message. With the latest update this time, the app decided to sign you out so you have to remember your password and login before you can rush to recharge your kid’s mobile number

  • 1990s customer service. Just don’t.

    Hands down the worst company to deal with. Having moved my number to another provider, my contract was hidden in the app but i was still being charged. 3 months later I'm told of course that they cant cancel online (no surprises there).You have to go into store and stand in a queue for an hour. Add to that the endless ads, the sales calls etc. just not worth it for a below average network.

  • Spam Notifications

    App hits phone with spam marketing notifications several times a day. Cannot opt out in the app. Disrespectful to customers, and annoying. Time for a new CRM manager at Du :(

    And there is a lot of competition in that category, believe me. But the clowns in Du customer service are completely useless - they know nothing about their product and provide the worst service imaginable. Speaking with them is always a total waste of time.

  • Useless service and Company

    Got my new connection on Saturday 18th Feb been trying to cancel ever since, slow internet connection/bad coverage for a 2bed apartment and horrible customer service app and social media.
    Biggest mistake ever, free advice to anyone who think of joining this company- Stay Away.

  • The worse ever

    The app is not responsive most of the time. Very poor technical support.
    Just a waste of time
  • Frustrating App

    Try to make payment with credit card and an error message says to try again in 24 hours. But every time I try its the same issue. I use Apple Pay using the same card and it works just fine. As I am writing this review the letters are invisible while I’m typing. So if any errors that’s why. Terrible app.

    A very bad experience. They are not honest with the monthly offers. I paid for a monthly subscription. After two weeks, they canceled the number and refused to return my money
