    I purchased a package and was charged 350 dirhams and it stopped my phone from any data and cellular service. Now I purchased another package for 500 dirhams and I still don’t have service!

    I used Etisalat before switching to Du but to my surprise the app lacks many features like usage details, call logs and data usage analytics. The UI is fine but features needs to be updated.

  • Incompetent sales staff

    It is incredibly inadequate that internet gets cut off when you haven’t paid a bill that was not explained to you on sign up. Your sales staff do not have communication skills and therefore you cannot penalise customers for not knowing what needs paying and when. A security deposit is absolutely not necessary for an invisible thing such as internet. How will I damage it?! At the earliest convenience I will be moving to a different provider. Du have been nothing but disappointing from the beginning.

  • Worst customer service

    Du is the most unhelpful phone provider I have ever had. I accidentally purchased a bundle with them. I called and explained it was by mistake and the agent said they will deactivate for me. 3 months later I realised that it was not cancelled and they have still been charging me. When I explained this to a new agent they said they refuse to refund me even though it was their fault. I will be leaving Du, and hopefully I get better service at Etisalat
