    For so many years i have been using may Du plan paying 250 and more a month which i dont know why... and today i got my July 2022 billing statement suddenly may plan became 300 and my bill is 378. How?? No one knows.. i called so many times and as always its voice mail.... this is not fair i need someone to guide and help on how to revise the bill and the plan.

    Although they have a provision to plan change through a mobile app; however, the app doesn't notify what's the status of the request.

    I gave this app one star because we should be able to transfer balance or data subscription using this app please fix it

    Hi, to transfer credit from your du Pay As You Go line to any other du prepaid line, please dial *121*du Prepaid number*Amount#. Press 1 to confirm or 0 to cancel the transfer. To check the available data offers, click 'Special Offers' on the app. Thanks

    It’s amazing to see how a company in 2022 still can’t get its mobile app right. Amateur happy hour.

    Speed, UI and UX, functionality and usefulness of the app are terrible.

    Come on. Billion dollar company that can’t properly create a simple mobile app. Just license an existing app.

  • Too bad service, staff are irresponsible

    I bought du sim within a month become bad they charge extra money for replacement even that in warranty, i complaints to du but still nobody call back
