Nonetheless, changing supplierService needs improving
The service needs improving. The signal needs to be stronger and have wider range. Also customer service reps need training on how to deal with customers. They need to be understanding and polite and provide solutions to customers. There is still a long road ahead for du to improve.Developer Response

This is a really hard app to navigate. I’m not bad with phones or computers but I can never work out how to top up my data on my pay as you sim with the app.
Edit: thanks for replying but this isn’t what I mean. Topping up didn’t give me data, I need to click the button with three dots, click special offers, then I can buy data. Or change my plan, it’s not obvious to do that.Show lessDeveloper Response
