  • Service needs improving

    The service needs improving. The signal needs to be stronger and have wider range. Also customer service reps need training on how to deal with customers. They need to be understanding and polite and provide solutions to customers. There is still a long road ahead for du to improve.

    Veey bad experience with du customer care i have internet speed issue with home wifi service almost more then 2 month contact with du , sending 100 if emails , calls , but problems still, i trying to transfer Etisalat

    Why every month is different payments, usually 126 dh this month 130?? Can i know why
  • Hard to navigate

    This is a really hard app to navigate. I’m not bad with phones or computers but I can never work out how to top up my data on my pay as you sim with the app.

    Edit: thanks for replying but this isn’t what I mean. Topping up didn’t give me data, I need to click the button with three dots, click special offers, then I can buy data. Or change my plan, it’s not obvious to do that.

    Hi, you can add balance by clicking 'Recharge' & choosing the recharge option. You could also visit www.du.ae & select 'Quick Recharge'. Thank you
  • Auto payment bad

    Your auto payment is not working properly I added my credit card to the auto payment but your system didn’t deducted from it and made my account overdue without any notice from your side

    When I try to open settings and press change credit limit the app is closing automatically

  • Poorly implemented

    The app looks like it’s web based and just an interface. Issues with payments and issues with Apple Pay for payment! The app needs to be reworked if they are serious about their market position.
