Terrible service
You get in a taxi in this city and they make you feel like you owe them something. Want to go somewhere? Çok trafik. Pay extra. Taxi meter? Too bad, get out.
Drivers are smoking in the car, driving like maniacs, talking like prisoners. How can this be possible in a modern city like Istanbul?harterly
The app failed to setup and can’t reach customers service!
The app seemed fine until I put my details as I was wanted to set it up which failed.
No verification code received !

I was looking for a special express delivery service and downloaded the website on my phone. I dealt with them for the first time 4 years ago and I was completely satisfied and every time I visit Turkey the first thing I do is download the website because I am tempted to change the phone number. During those four years, I generally visit Istanbul every three months, and my daughter resides there. We as a family are very comfortable and reassuring with them and feel reassured and comfortable when they move my daughter with them to any place you want and bring her back from. Sometimes the pressure is great on drivers, and they cannot order all customers, but in general, they try as hard as they can not to let customers down. Terrible app changing customer’s rate in driver
I rate a terrible driver who tried to dump me on the way until I persuade him with extra tips indollars. However, the app changed my rating from 2 star to 5 star, and all the comments disappeared.
What is worse than Istanbul taxi drivers is how this app allow these bad things happen.terribleNESTapp
Unusable - Should be Taken Down from Global Store
Not sure how Apple allows this app to be online on non Turkish markets.
The registration is only possible via sms and the app doesn’t send any sms. So the app is just useless.

Bad company
The customer service representatives don’t speak english which is really weird.
They are keep saying someone who speak english will contact me but nothing change.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to people who are trying to get taxi.
I will keep using UBER app which they provide a professional services.Show lesssamihahaha

App works.
Istanbul taxi drivers still try scam by calling your phone number via app to sus out if foreigner or not then start to “barter” - demand 5x higher price than quoted on app.
Managed to get 1 out of 4 honest drivers.Fullalelebro
It can not find your location
It can not find your location and your taxi will not come to you. It wasted my time in the Istanbul airport. Sometimes taxis don’t come even though you match. It’s so hard to use taxi in Istanbul. And this app doesn’t help at all. I don’t see any reason why we can’t use Uber.feel like no insurance
Total rip off
We downloaded this to try and avoid being ripped off in Istanbul. We asked the driver to confirm how much it was going to cost us at the start of the journey, and it was about 125 tl more than the app said. On the way back the price was more than double the app.
At least we didn’t have any nasty surprises at the end as we knew up front, but it doesn’t seem there is a way to not get ripped off.Show lessTgilaura
Glitches and bugs in app. No English customer service!
I cannot even register my account on this app due to glitches and errors. It says to contact customer service so when I called they don’t even speak English! What kind of company is this where their customer agents don’t even speak English or a taxi app that tourists use. I handed the phone to someone who speaks Turkish and they said to delete and re-download the app but that is not a solution. Please fix your app.Show lessV good 7
