Very efficient, very handy
Installed the app on my first day in Istanbul. Found it very efficient and quick every single time. Cab was outside our hotel within a couple of minutes of request. Experienced no issues. Very useful app indeed.eToro victim

Useless app - no drivers
In Antalya you can forget about using this app - you will not find available cars anyway. Drivers here are scammers and they are not using the app. They dictate tariffs themselves, which are 5-10 higher than what you’d expect. Shame.kricjevodhfie
Dodgy app
Do not use this app. Cab drivers are dodgy, they ask you for cash. App allows cash payments. Actual fares are double what the app estimates.bagira0
Wouldn’t let me pay after the ride and crashed.
I downloaded this as I heard it was used more readily in Istanbul than Uber. The app crashed during the ride, wouldn’t let me reopen it and I couldn’t pay. I didn’t have lira, so was an awkward chat with the driver who ended up accepting gbp which I had. I was also going to the airport, but fortunately, wasn’t running late.
I think the Turkish version of the app is probably a safer bet.Show lessSteven_vu12

First time in turkey— second trip in 5 days with BTaksi- from airport and to airport
Very good service — hard to find an English speaking driver — however, their customer support will help you .—- driver could not understand me , he called BTaksi support team , their English speaking team member was doing all translation .—
In Istanbul All App running companies such as Uber and BTaksi must work with local taxi companies —- taxi drivers must follow their policies.
I found BTaki charges was as per the meter…
Uber rates was higher in comprising.
I have downloaded both apps in Vancouver/ Canada. And tried both for rates at Istanbul airport.

Very unstable app
I keep getting the same error message saying ‘Operation can not be performed. Error code’taxi errors
Horrible app implementation
It’s year 2022 and you still can’t hail a cab in the background.
And instead of improvements there are regressions
If I hail a cab for someone else, I see their location no more
