This app was nothing but problems for me. First of all, my credit card was randomly deleted from the app and I wasn’t able to add it back because it said it was already in the system. Also, it was almost impossible to get a taxi on the app and when I did, the driver said we needed to pay in the taxi even though I had selected card payment on the app and the price was 20% higher than the quoted price. 2 hrs no taxis
Been in Istanbul for 5 days, only was able to call a cab once. All the other times ‘sorry no cabs nearby’m👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽abujohnsi
Excellent app to use taxis without being scammed
I’m so glad I found out about this app. I was visiting Turkey and the worst part of the trip was that every taxi was trying to scam and cheat us as tourists. This app keeps everyone honest and it made the whole stay in Turkey 100% more enjoyable. It was a little difficult setting up my account and navigating the app as it’s only in Turkish right now, but I hope the app will have English soon as well.

Possible credit card information stolen

Was playing trip to Turkey and online says this is a good app for getting cabs signed up in the morning placed my credit card information in and by the evening someone has use my credit card in turkey Istanbul can’t say 100% it’s from this but it was the only thing I placed my info in and the bank says it’s from itShow lessLearningman8778
The worst taxi app / Kullandigim en kotu taksi uygulamasi
ENGLISH : Taxi driver cancelled the journey we booked through the app but blamed us for doing it in our pocket! He then started the meter as we got in and took us on a detour around the city, making every wrong turn imaginable to extend our journey. Expected the app to keep history of cancelled trips so that we could report him for fraudulent behaviour but no: if the journey was cancelled then it’s not kept in the history, making it impossible to complain about. This is also a safety concern. What if something happened to us? The app wouldn’t know our latest contract with a taxi driver.
TURKISH : Taksici uygulamayi kullanarak olusturdugumuz rezervasyonu bizim iptal ettigimizi iddia ederek iptal etti ve metreyi calistirmaya basladi. Bizi polisin yollari kapadigini iddia ederek uzun yollardan goturdu. Uygulamanin iptal olan rezervasyonlar icin log tuttugunu dusunerek taksicinin plakasini almadim bu sebepten dolayi taksiciyi sikayet edemiyorum. Eger rezervasyon iptal edildiyse benim tarafimdan, bunun bilgisinin uygulamada tutuluyor olmasi gerekirdi. Bring cash - card payments don’t work
Used the app to get to airport only to find the credit card payments don’t go thru , even though was able to add my Amex, visa and MC, but neither one worked in this app. Had barely enough cash on my in dollars , driver was not happy.Ktol77

Inefficient
I have been using this map for about two weeks and there have been quite a few times The app could not find me any taxi. In one occasion, a taxi which came to pick us up from the grocery shopping, as soon as he saw the bags in our hands he took off.
