No customer service!
It is as good as hailing cabs. Depending on drivers you can get a good experience or a terrible one. Drivers are fine to cancel immediately upon arrival and charge the minimal fee (The option to suggest an “advance tip” to find a cab during heavy traffic makes it even worse - they are “arriving” and cancelling to charge the fee plus tip without performing the actual ride). The app has NO customer service. Unlike any similar kind of a taxi app you cannot report an incident or claim anything. There is no way to argue the deliberately poor routes/detours etc. All in all - hailing is as good and safe as this app. You can always show a google map to a driverShow lesspltf77
Foreign passengers
Number of the car is low and often they dont accept your request because they pick up another foreign passengers with higher prices in streetsah zar
Cannot use app
Won’t let me pay my cancellation fees so I can no longer use the app. I had to make a new account. The driver came to the wrong side of the highway and I had to run between cars with my wife. Then he looks at my destination and says no, now I have to pay a cancellation fee. The fee is only 7 lira, or about 50 cents but they won’t take my payment due to being an AmericanShow lessdrthiccums

Avoid using this app as taxi drivers are just using this to get customers and then charge you more than estimated on the app.
My ride was estimated as 98TL and taxi driver charged me 477TL and cancelled trip on the app.
Called their customer services and was assured that investigation team will call me back a refund the difference. Never received the call back.
Just avoid these people and always agree the price before sitting in the taxi.Show lesstabermann
No Taxis
Seems like a pretty app, was easy to set up. The problem is that when you try to hail a taxi, none come. I tried this about eight times from various locations over a three day period. Never had a driver accept a request. So, app is basically worthless for its intended purpose unless they can get drivers to work with it.Show lessDoctor Zzzzzzzzzz
“Scam app” Tourists avoid this app drivers are total
I highly recommend tourists not to use this app. Today I booked a taksi using the app from Taksim Maidan to my Hotel Lionel Istanbul. The fare was around 91TL, but the driver went to the gas station took a detour around the city. He wanted to scam us so bad that when we got back to our hotel from a scammed detour, despite the bill being 182L, he didn’t return us the change we would get after paying 200L. The car number is 34 THN 54. There was no way to make a complaint.Show lesshialata
App payment error
Be careful using this app with foreign credit cards. It keep erroring out and then BiTaksi people will call you to no end. They will no fix the issue with payment processing using international cards. Instead ask you for other arrangements.Dada76

Their Taxi drivers are scam
The taxi driver who came to pick us up canceled the ride on app when we got in the car and then charged us twice. Just get Uber . It’s much more reliablebaharbbbbb
Not dependable
The app is great when it works. Unfortunately, taxi drivers cancel all the time leaving you stranded. I wish Uber was available everywhere in Turkey, but unfortunately the taxi mafia here shut them down.seattlenomad
