Something happened and now the application says that my device is not to be trusted and doesn’t allow me to use the app

Well I’ve been using the app for about 2 years so far I have no problems, but I can only say this because I only used the app in the states not in Colombia so next time im there u will report back

Inputted my flight information into the app. It crashed. Now it crashes on start up. Completely unusable app. I uninstalled the app. Reinstalled it. Inputted flight info, crashed again. Just keeps crashing. Useless app.

Easy to use. I was able to check in to my flight without issue.
Not working at all
The app is not working. I tried to add my trip and the application closes. I tried to do the Check in and the application closes. The Check in does not work online on the web page neiter. I have a new iPhone 14 so my cell is not the problem. I ereased and downloaded the app several Times and the same problem appears. I Will have to do the Check in at the airport which is an inconvenience for me. Wanted to sélect my seats.

The worst airline app ever
Doesn’t work. Is written by a clown who clearly has never traveled before. Impossible to check in does not allow you to do anything. Prepare for check in queues.
The app-website does not work/Cust service provides no assistance
This is my third (and last) time flying with Avianca and let me tell you, all of my experiences have been extremely stressful. First of all, online check-in for international flights never works (idk if they do it on purpose to have you talk to them) and you always have to be earlier at the airport because of that (even the first time when I just had carry on luggage) second of all, last time I checked in with a live person he said that I needed to pay for my bag. I had paid for it when I purchased the ticket, very calmly I explained to him that I had paid for it already and showed him the receipt, he still said that I had to pay, only after requesting for his supervisor he confirmed the bag was paid and I was good to go (all this unnecessary issue took about 10 minutes). Now, today I’m trying to check in again and the app doesn't work!? Can’t believe they haven’t fixed this by now (it’s been around 4 years already) if this company really cares about customer service then focus first on fixing the very simple things, you need to understand people can’t be all day in front of a computer trying to complete a simple thing that’s checking in.
