Sync is terrible
sync doubles all my groups and references. To be fair I have the same problem on the desktop version sometimes. I genuinely can’t believe this is a software which needs to be bought considering the amount of bugs I have run into by only trying to use basic features.JB_V

The app refuses to recognise me. Can’t believe I paid so much for Endnote 20 and yet cannot access through my iPadHappy Chap MSc

I am 100% sure my user name and the password are correct, and they can be signed in on the website. But this app cannot let me sign in, saying my user name and the password are not matched.longyou1243
No longer downloads entire library
This app used to provide my whole library on my device. Now it only retrieves about 400 references. I have 8000 and plenty of phone storage.Sundown57

When I first downloaded the app it worked really well - I like the annotation and underline features when reading papers. BUT when I added new references and clicked ‘sync’ they didn’t show up in my library on iPad which makes it a bit useless really. It was SO good at first, please sort out the sync issues!Show lesssopjoe99
Fix PDF import
The iOS version STILL doesn’t automatically populate the citation record when importing a PDF with embedded metadata. I tested the same PDF with Mendeley and Bookends for iOS and it works on these apps. Clarivate really have dropped the ball with EndNote.Kay Pea Dee

There have been considerable improvement. The option to sync the database without PDFs made it much faster. This way I can download only those I need. Sometimes it is a bit slow, but compared to previous versions, it’s much better now.EBS1844
