  • New Update Ruined Check Deposit Function

    I have loved this app and never had any complaints. However with the recent update, I can no longer deposit checks with the app. It allows me to enter the amount, but when I tap the button to take a picture of the front of the check, the screen turns black and nothing happens. I tried multiple times, and restarted my phone; still doesn’t work. I hope this feature is fixed soon, as it is the most convenient part of the mobile app for me.

  • Time and service

    I’ve been with Travis credit union six years and I haven’t had a problem with them yet, the only true con they have is how secure they are and how many loops you have too jump through. But it helps me feel safe with my money. An amazing bank!

  • Please Fix your App!

    Update! App still isn’t working properly. Still cuts off several choices for screens and is so oversized it’s hard to see anything. I’ve even tried deleting the app entirely and reinstalling to no avail. And no, I’m not going to change my entire phone settings just to placate this one app. Why is it like this? Please put it back the way it was!

    I don’t know what happened to the app but all of a sudden everything is oversized and half the choices are cut off the screen completely. I can’t scroll properly and have a hard time accessing what I want. I didn’t see a recent update so I don’t know what’s happening but can someone tell me how to fix this!!!

  • Redesign ruined the app

    I’ve been using this app for years with no problems until the recent update. The new auto capture feature for the deposit never works properly. The old version had a manual capture that worked just fine every time but now I have to wait for the auto capture to fail multiple like it always does before it will allow me to do it manually. It makes the whole process take way longer than before and it’s very frustrating. This issue combined with some problems I’ve had with my local Travis branch makes me not a satisfied customer overall.

  • Easy Peezy

    I have always like the thought of going into a bank to know my community. I have had my app for sometime now and it brings me peace of mind knowing I can check my balance and last transaction on my phone.
    I really appreciate it this so much.

  • Charges to post credit card payments

    I have credit cards with Discover, USAA, Chase, Umpqua, and TCU. Travis credit union is the only bank that charges me a fee ($10) to make a payment on my credit card every month from my external primary bank with Umpqua. Every other credit card company let’s me post payment from my Umpqua account without fees or issue. The only reason I haven’t closed my TCU is because it’s my oldest card.

    TCU was also the slowest bank to respond to requests for info when I was waiting on approval for a loan about a year back.

    I’ve been with TCU since I was a kid and have had increasing fees paired with declining service over the years.

    Hi Paige, we now offer add external account under our make a transfer tab online. While this will not allow you to transfer money directly to your credit card you can move money from your other bank to your savings at TCU and then make a payment on the TCU website.   • New app not so great

    I am disappointed with the new app. Maybe this is the bank but instead of withdrawals going thru within a day. It takes 3 or more. And this is business days. Deposits take longer. They are sitting there pending and I am waiting for them to go thru. Also not all of my purchases show up as fast. I bought something and it didn’t show up till way later that day and it took 3 days to go from pending to being taken out of my account. Yeah this upgrade gives you all kinds of bells and whistles but now it is slower and super annoying. Also it’s down a lot more than the old app. Just goes to show all that stuff you added just makes it run slower. Just not a fan of this slow and all kinds of useless junk app.

Our timeframes for posting transactions have not changed, and with the exception of maintenance windows for Zelle and mobile deposit we have not experienced any downtime since upgrading.   • Used to be great.

    This app used to be great and I never had a problem with them before now, this new update made the mobile deposit much worse to the point it’s unusable, first it automatically try’s to take the picture for you and doesn’t read the check correctly, after I took it manually a second time it still said it couldn’t read it and asked me to do it again. The third time it finally worked, that is until I woke up the next morning and saw that they reversed my check because the image was unclear but I looked at the images on the app and could read them fine. Unfortunately most of my check went into bills so now on top of my check being reversed I’m now in the negative and they charged me a reversal fee for their faulty app. Hope to get this taken care of in person today and if they can’t help I will definitely be closing my accounts.

  • Great Update

    lol I can’t believe people are on here complaining that the app is more modern, intuitive, and processes user action faster. This was a much needed update to a severely outdated system. Banking needs to be younger to be competitive and this update is the reason I left chase and decided to bank local.

  • New App Is a Game Changer!

    TCU’s new digital banking app, released today, is a game changer. Finally, an app that’s intuitive, easy to customize and with features longtime members like me have been waiting for. Definitely places Travis among the frontrunners using today’s finance technology.
