Travis CU at the (Napa) Branch level is always awesome; but any communications with bank management is not, the bank makes it difficult to communicate personally, phone choices lengthy, when you do get the right route wait times are ridiculously long, and getting correct paperwork or results is far to often difficult.Show lessDone 8

The app is confusing for anyone with a Travis credit card. There is. I way to see a payment date or payment amount, I am forced to call to get a payment date and amount. This app is useless unless depositing a check.Jblount999

Worst Online Experience
Ever since your upgrade to your new online banking system it has been a painful experience. We switched banks after 20 years. Even when trying to post this comment you want a nick name but all the names are taken. Keep up the good work!AOPBGF

Long time user, updated app error
When I try to login the app brings up an error that prevents me from logging in. I can’t even access your website on my phone to report the issue! Called and the lady refused to listen saying my password was incorrect which is was not! It worked perfectly last time I logged in and has not changed since then! I love the update but this error is preventing me from paying my rent and other major tasks!!!Show lessJinnyShinny
