THEY LIE!!
I live across the street from a park that has a disgusting water fountain. The drain is in ground and it’s filled with rotted leaves, trash , dirt, sand and bog water. I put a simple request to have it cleaned and it and after 3 months I get an email saying the job was complete. I walk over to the park and the fountain drain looks like it did the day before. Disgusting. Nothing was done so that makes them liars. Does it not? They must be saving all kinds of money by just saying the work is complete without actually doing any work. I wonder where it all goes? I still can’t believe they lied!Show lessNastyCat
Amazing response and easy to use!
I was super frustrated by the Bureau of Sanitation’s automated phone system when I had a dead raccoon in my backyard. But thankfully part of the multiple recordings mentioned that you could place service requests online or through the app. So I tried it at about 8:30am and the bagged raccoon was gone by 10:30am! It was so easy to use, I’ll definitely keep it in my phone because it has lots of other useful info.Show lessHezicka
Good app
I am a property manager and it has helped me report furniture left on the sidewalks, schedule bulky item pick up, report homeless people camping out outside the buildings we manage. It tells you when to expect the item requested to be taken care of and you get email notifications as well. For what I've used it, it has been good so far.Show less373juan
Great app but a few gaps
As noted by others, the maps only accept locations with a mailing address; the drag-n-drop pointer will jump to the closest building address even if the service site is around the corner or in a public park or on (or under) a bridge or viaduct. Also, the search functionality for types of requests isn’t very helpful - for example, I couldn’t find replacing damaged trash bin; had to phone the City services help line (which is very fast and friendly).Show lessJVP in Silverlake
