Works very well, easy to use
Great app. I can access all my backed up files from my phone. Nice option would be to switch users. If you are the admin of a group you can still only see your personal files, and not the ones from other machines/users. The web site allows you to switch context, browse, and download files. Nice if the app allowed this too.Show lessMusicadelic

Why are you all like this?! So mean and stinky? My nose hurts through the iPad. Can you believe that? This is my favorite app. It’s my only true friend in the world and it pains me to see how you make it a pariah. You’re the true pariahs! I had issues with the fingerprint scanner in an earlier version, but Backblaze quickly fixed the problem. I have zero issues with the app now. It does everything I need. Thanks!cfischbeck
App badly needs an update
The service is reliable and I have faith in it to get me out of trouble should I ever need it but the iOS app is tired. Please make it work with 1Password. I can’t remember all my log ins and this should be a very secure one. I’ve locked myself out with no easy way to reset.Luberama
Still needs work but not bad at all.
I have my entire desktop backed up and it’s awesome to have access to everything as well as having a back up. I really wish there was a file preview option, especially for my photos, I don’t want to have to download a file everything I want to see it.ChitownBeatdown

Greta App Doing Just What It Says
I don’t understand the negative reviews. Using an iPhone 7, with iOS 11 installed the app works perfectly. I can download of view any of my backed up files. I can search through them. I can delete files I have downloaded already.
