Amazing Customer Chat Support
They were super helpful with refunding my tickets of a Lil Yachty concert that was cancelled in my city! The app is also really easy to use in general and i’ve bought so many concert tickets from it before.

Great app, some work to be done
I’ve been using game time for almost 3 years and it has been great! Watched Baseball, basketball, tennis, concerts, and more. No complaints when purchasing but when my latest concert purchase was cancelled by the artist. The refund was given to the original ticket holder and I called in to inquire on my refund.

I was told to wait 5-7 business days to be refunded, it has since been 11 business days and when calling it for help, I was told it will be processed today and the refund till take another 5-7 business days. When asked to escalate it, I wasn’t told I can’t and I should follow up with my bank if they did something to it….pretty sketchy response and support.

Thanks to Matt Dery host of Locked On Lions @deryspeaks the “everydayer” was able to get a coupon code and try out Gametime app for the first time. Great experience and good value. A 360 seat view of possible would make it just about perfect. Thanks!

Not an honourable site
These guys make getting tickets easy right up until you need to make changes, ask for a refund or want to use your “credits” .. then they ask you for your credit card again. Even if you insist you do not use credit cards.
They are tricky. Beware!!!!

Easy and fast
Gametime was easy to use. It found the location of events near by and was a super fast process to buy tickets.
