    This is the worst online banking experience I’ve ever had. The app itself is beyond useless. I will be looking for a better financial service provider in the near future.
  • A horrible app!

    Please, someone tell DoD Community Bank that IPads and IPhones are a thing, and that they should write their apps to support these devices. I need to be able to view all the data on my running balance on my Apple devices, not just the first two columns. And if I shift views from horizontal to vertical, it needs to corrective display, not show me less. Really, did anyone do any Quality Control before launching this?

    The app doesn’t work. It won’t let me log in. Are you just gonna sit there or are you gonna fix it?
  • What have you done?

    The old web site was much better than this. Ya’ll have taken 3 steps backwards. Very difficult to get logged in, difficult to pay bills, difficult to see the account. Recommend looking at some other banks apps to see how they do it. Very disappointed. Please fix your app, and website.

    They took a terrible app and made it even worse. Go to Andrews if you don't want to have to worry about your autopays not working.

    This is by far the worst app I ever encountered. I had better online banking in 1997 when I had to load it from a square disk and use dial-up to access it. All recurring transfers were cancelled when the new app was created but that was never communicated to customers (telling me you sent a letter in the mail in June does nothing for someone who opened the account in Sept). Thankfully I went to the branch and asked just in time. There’s no longer any previous transactions. Now I’m expecting rent to pay again and all I see is a pending payment for Dec 1. It’s Dec 18. So another trip to the branch is going to have to happen before Christmas so I’m sure my rent is paid. The poor folks in the branches are taking the heat for this colossal mess and I feel bad for them.
  • They don’t care about you!!

    The only thing I need these guys for is an automated rent payment to landlord. They updated the app, lost my reoccurring payment info and never notified me that rent didn’t post. On the 13, I walked into the Bank to get transaction history, found out what happened and the Manager yells to me from across the room “we sent you something”, like that makes it all better. Half hour in bank to setup a new account on the spot to access my funds, during the work day. Half hour at home finding and re-entering IBAN info for landlord and transferring funds. And finally an email to landlord apologizing and explaining that the people I bank with can’t figure out how to do banking. Priceless. You lost a customer, after Xmas your gone!! By the way, the credit union right down the hall is open until 18:00 to allow people to get to the Bank after working hours. They don’t close at 16:00. What a concept.
  • Absolute Garbage

    I wish I could give it zero stars. I only signed up with this bank because I was required to for work. The app is non-user friendly, glitchy, and does not work with any level of reliability.
  • Recent Transactions don’t appear…

    The only thing I can see is my account balance. I can’t see my recent transactions at all so I don’t know if some of my bills are being paid. This app needs an update to fix this issue.
  • Garbage app, super frustrating

    Should have kept the old one, limited functionality but less frustrating
