  • Not just bad, terrible…

    Terrible… there is no rhyme or reason for this “upgrade” the previous version worked this one is like a second grader built it. Roll back to the previous version… too bad we can’t give - stars.
  • Worthless

    Took many times before it would finally install. Once installed it would only show account balances. Nothing more. It would not show transactions, etc. A totally useless app. If this is their app, should I really trust my money with them?

    Forced me to download from the old app, which at least worked. Forced to reset password. Forced to agree to “terms and conditions.” Only issue is you can’t agree without scrolling through to the bottom. However, the scroll doesn’t work, so you can’t get to the bottom. Nice work in creating a dilemma for your customers.

    Straight up garbage and by far the worst banking app! Won’t even let you scroll to read the “terms and conditions”. Get it together already!
  • It’s Bad Bad Bad

    I was so hopeful when I saw a new app was coming. I should have known better. You get three minutes to enter the verification codes, but it takes over five minutes to get the email. Don’t choose Face ID to log in because it just does not work - the app just cycles and cycles and cycles. As much money as this bank has overall, and as much money as DOD pays for the contract, you’d think they could hire someone’s 8th grade niece who went to coding camp and fix this mess.

    Can’t even get past the terms and conditions because the app won’t let me scroll down. I have no idea what the rest of the app even looks like.
  • Extremely bad

    First thing I want to see is recent transactions - took me a couple minutes to even find and yet only shows a dollar amount, not the vendor I paid.

    This update is awful excluding the biometrics.

    I thought you would make it better but it literally the same trash in a different Garbage Can you can’t even make the most simple thing in the world and that is to make INTERNAL !! transition.

    What would happen if I need money now in the weekend knowing that I have money in my savings account, yet I can’t do nothing about it and you are pretty much screwed for something soo simple,

    The whole purpose of having a móviles app is for accessibility at all times. and this app can’t even get the job done.
  • Disable biometric

    For those still getting the loading page and never opening I’ve found deleting the app then reinstalling and not enabling biometric (Face ID) allowed me to at least access it via password. This app/website/bank is pretty trash. Hope this review helps someone.
  • Try again….

    I have an iPhone 12 Pro fully updated. I can’t even log into your app because I can’t seem to ‘read and agree’ to the terms and service. I can’t scroll, or do anything. Seriously, all military banks should just take the ‘L’ and pay Navy Federal or USAA to use thier programming. Those are the only DOD affiliated banks worth anything. Unfortunately, Community Bank is a nessesary evil when stationed in Europe. Horrible and frustrating app.
