Terrible App, Zero Star if it were possible!
The app is Horrible, needs updated fast! Stop buying cheap and pay someone that knows how to develop/build a banking app properly. I do not recommend DOD Community Bank, wish there were Navy Federal Credit Union Branches on base instead of them!elvergon23
The old one was ugly, but worked.
The new app is prettier than the last. But the old one worked. The old one made me log in every time and didn’t have Face ID. But it let me log in. I literally can’t log in to the new app.Hey Eng
Terrible
The previous app wasn’t that good but light years ahead of this one. Initial set up was good. I like the face recognition, which is improvement. However, the app won’t open anymore. When it does, the functionality is convoluted and not user friendly. How about you folks actually drop some of that Banking profits and get an app that works, like your competitors.Frustrated in Germany
Cannot Login After Update
I’ve updated the app a few weeks ago and now I cannot login. I was initially able to access my accounts but now the app just spins forever. Please do better.KayJay83
Getting worse not better.
Hey Community Bank fix this before I have to pay December rent. Oh wait you have a ten year contract with DoD. We should terminate the contract. Thinking this is IG or fraud, waste and abuse worthy. Local bank manager on Patch Barracks does not know why he is collecting PII from minors with valid federal ID, corporate call back cited the incorrect policy, people who are in the management sections are poor trained and self righteous. Website is poor, and the app is worse.toshbu31
Terrible online application
Worst banking app ever. Just about every other day I need to delete and reinstall the app just to get it to work. Half the time it just loads forever and the other half it just closes itself.HYQ2021

How to make an app worse
I didn’t think it was possible for an app to get worse. I give Community Bank credit for doing an outstanding job of updating an old app and making it even worse. This should be a zero-star app. This app reflects poorly on BoA.zayhhth

With the new update, I can’t even get into the app. I tap it and it opens with a spinning circle loading screen. Just fix it already.greggggforover
Horrible App
This is by far the worst App I have ever used. When I say use, have the time I can’t get in it because it just clocks. I’m pretty sure my bank account is getting hacked on the regular or stolen from. Reminds me of Pacific Credit Union on the West Coast. When you can never even check your balance or pull a statement you know it’s time to switch banks.(-/:;()$&@".,?!'
