  • FIX THIS JUNK ALREADY!!!

    Oh my god already, why can’t you guys get it right!? DoD Community Bank has consistently had the worst mobile banking app by far. I’ve got 3 other mobile banking apps and nothing is anywhere near this bad. For YEARS now your last app would only let you check balances and transfer funds, that’s it. Absolutely nothing more. Couldn’t even sign in with Face ID. Now you FINALLY come out with a new app and it supports Face ID, but it keeps wanting to send you emails with verification codes every time you sign into the app. Ridiculous!! Now you push out an update that I hoped would fix that nonsense, but NOPE! Now the app just hangs every time you open it so it’s completely unusable now. Maybe if I wait another 5 more years you’ll make a new app that’s somewhat usable.

    Just went from one trash app to another they care as much about their customers as the dod cares about its service members which is absolutely not at all. I can’t proceed without accepting the terms and conditions but also it won’t allow me to accept the terms and conditions. If you have an option to bank elsewhere I recommend it

    This new app is the worst app I’ve ever used. It already was not user friendly when it was introduced, now a couple of days later they forced an update through the App Store and now the app doesn’t work at all. Come on DoD Community Bank “DO BETTER” for our service members and DoD employees overseas. Ridiculous!
  • The worst!

    This got to be the worst app ever!! It asked me to update in order to log-in, so I did that but now it keeps loading and doesn’t open for me to log in. This is so inconvenient!

    - Everytime I log in I need to type in a one time passcode even tho’ Im using the same device as always
    - Unable to see my transactions, deposits, withdrawals or anything
    - This is an overseas bank how come it can only take state side phone number?
  • Talk about releasing too early…

    This app was not ready for a successful release and was pushed out way too early. It is broken most of the time I open it. Now even the online banking web page is equally broken. At least the old page functioned despite me having to zoom in with my mobile browser. Yikes
  • Wish I could give ZERO stars

    This app is even worse than the previous app they had. Complete utter garbage of an app. Who ever wrote/designed this app should be ashamed of even publishing such an awful product and “Community Bank” should be ashamed of even allowing it to be a vessel for their online “banking”. There’s a reason why I don’t use “Community Bank” as my main bank

    It shouldn’t be so hard to log in or check your running balance. Terrible layout and design. Your programmers should be ashamed.

    This is terrible. Absolutely the worst app I’ve ever seen. Do better.

    How many verification PINS do I have to deal with?

    And to make it even worse, the desktop page won’t open and forces me to use this hot-mess of a mobile app.

    -New UI so we have to learn a new interface that does nothing new
    -Previous Transactions were all lost, in app at least.
    -Had to make a new password for no reason
    -Conversion tool is neat but it should not be on the front page
