We are sorry to hear that the new app may be confusing. You may be referring to the First Choice Checking. To view the running balance on your account. From the Dashboard of your Online Banking, click on the account. Once you click on the account, click โTransactions.โ On the transaction list, the running account balance will appear in gray under the transaction amount. Please reach out to us at 877-322-9530 should you need further assistance.
Since the banking software/app update we can not view our additional Florida checking account on the dashboard. It looks like we will need to go into a local branch to try to figure this out. We have already contacted FF support regarding this issue nd were able to add the transfer account information and the second checking account info but have not been able to click the correct switch to view the account on the dashboard like we did on the previous dashboard screen.
We are very computer literate but this is beyond our abilities to figure this out. Sometimes "progress" can be frustrating.
