  • Incompetent Support

    Called ahead to make sure car would be at station, I was told it wasn’t and they arranged for a Lyft to pick me up and drop me off at the station it was at. Only the staff who ordered the Lyft did not put in correct room address and I was dropped off at the wrong station. I called support to have the issue fixed (call another Lyft and put in the correct address, simple right?). Got placed on hold then put back in the cue and have been on hold for 10 minutes. In addition to having to go back and reserve the car in the app because the hold lapse after 15 minutes. I’ve reserved it three times total since starting this journey today. What’s really going on with this app?

  • Please don’t waste your time

    I’ll sound like a broken record with all the other reviews here but DO NOT RELY ON THIS APP. I went to two locations that said there were cars available only to find nothing. Then tried a third one on my way home, found a car only to realize it wasn’t the one that was available to reserve so it was completely useless to me and customer service had no ability to give me access to it. I wouldn’t even try and call if I knew they could do absolutely nothing haha. Yeah, please don’t rely on this if you’re trying to get anywhere important, you’re better off taking public transport or an Uber.

  • Can you guys please update the app

    Why don’t you guys fix this app? You guys are losing so many customers I literally have so many problems with you guys now right with me and the trip and we’re a little bit minutes over our trip our account gets suspended and then it takes days for us to get our account unsuspended. You guys should have it were we are able to update our card and just pay it on the app, instead of banning somebody out of their whole account, just make it where they cannot book a rental after finish paying the balance off

  • Incorrect Inventory & Poor Customer Service

    Update: app will not let me update payment information. Trying to book and it will not let me change. No timeline for when support will be given. Just told I have to wait until they reach out. They could not even reserve a car for me so I don’t end up completely out of luck. Just told to wait.

    Original post:I’ve been with BlueLA s for several years even before this merger with Blink Mobility. Things have just seemed to go downhill with this most recent app switch. Cars are not accurately depicted in the app. Calling for support and I’m being taken in a loop. Been waiting nearly ten minutes. This is terrible.

  • App is unreliable

    Honestly, this is one of the worst apps I’ve used. On three separate occasions I’ve reserved a car only to show up and not even be able to access the car due to lack of connectivity issues in the app. On another reservation, I showed up only to find the car that was shown at the location not even there. The unreliability of the app makes it rather difficult to schedule anything around even possibly renting a car. From the icons that show a car available but no cars actually available to the app itself not connecting to the car, this service is just the worst and has so much to improve upon.

  • It just keeps getting worse

    I’ve had this app for years and it just keeps getting worse. Shows cars available, show up: no cars. Shows charging stations available, show up: no charging stations. Try to end a rental, app freezes and customer service can’t help. Try to start a rental, app says your payment method doesn’t work, but wait! They’ve put a pending charge on your payment method…ok cool! Please fix this please. I’ve been sitting here for over 30 minutes in a car it let me unlock and charged me for that now won’t start!

  • Horrible app

    App does not update in real time. Cars that show as available on the app are not available in real life. It is aggravating to go to 3 different hubs and not get a car despite seeing 6 cars between the lots charging. Customer service can’t start a ride for you. Pure garbage.

  • WORST APP EVER!!

    This app is so useless and frustrating. I booked a reservation, traveled to Jefferson Hoover, and then the app wouldn’t connect at all. I called CS and had to wait 20 minutes to speak to someone. She gave me the option for them to Lyft me to another location. Now I am in the same exact situation. I booked a car, took a Lyft to the second location, and now the app will still not connect to the car to let me proceed with the rental to unlock the car. I even deleted and reinstalled the app. This was such a waste of my time. TWO HOURS of my life WASTED!!!!! Now I am stuck in the middle of LA and have to take public transportation back home.

  • DO NOT USE THIS APP

    This app is ridiculous and unreliable! I just tried using it for the first time in Hollywood it says the charging location was at 6408 Hollywood blvd w/ 3 cars available. I arrive there, reserve the car through the app but there was no charging station or cars at that location. The 2nd closest option at El Centro and Sunset had 1x car however the app showed zero cars available so the car charging there was basically impossible to rent. This is beyond frustrating and I cannot believe government funding is going to a service like this completely unchecked. Great idea in theory but literally HORRIBLE execution. Not to mention I spent an hour on the line with customer support who were useless and unable to solve the issue for me.

  • Never use this app

    Used this before and got overcharged because the app wouldn’t let me end the ride. App is horribly flawed and often glitches out. 2 days ago I Stood in the rain for 30 minutes before the app worked to unlock the car— thank goodness I had two other friends and used each of their phones before one of them worked to unlock the car. Returned the car and wasn’t able to end the ride but was charged almost $400. Absolutely terrible experience and will NEVER be using this again.
