  • Stay away

    In the 2 short days of being registered with this service, it’s managed to strip me of my patience. Do yourself a favor, and stay far far away. The money you save isn’t worth the headache and time wasted you are inevitably about to gain from this “service.”

  • Terrible customer service for an even worse app

    The app is practically unusable. It’s a pain and it hurts even more when trying to deal with customer service that is wholly unwilling and unable to help.

  • Waste of time

    The new app doesn’t even allow me to upload my License. This is so frustrating

  • Worst app ever!

    I tried to use this but you can’t get past the white screen to add your driver’s license. I called support and they said that the app is the only way and it’s been down for months and have no ETA on the fix date. This is as of August 20th, 2023. Useless.

    Give a blank screen when trying to register at the Id stage.

  • Known issue with app

    Called and they are aware the app dysfunctions. No one can sign up. They are unsure when this will be fixed. They say there is a ticket in for the issue.

  • Bad customer service

    Used this app for years and dealt with all the apps glitches and issues , then out of nowhere they create a new app and dont approve my drivers license , setting back my entire work week when Im depending on Blink to do my day to day activities

  • Horrible dysfunctional app

    The app Doesn’t even let you sign in, it goes blank and crashes at the ID verification stage. My membership with this service is a of money.

    There's no way to upload a driver's license, the verification step is broken.
