Session times out
Just downloaded the app and when I try to load the check in page I get the message that the session has timed out and the app closes. Not a good first impression!J97060
New app crashes constantly
While the new app seems to be an upgrade over the old app, this app crashes constantly. It also doesn’t save your username and password so you have to log in every time you open it, which is often with the crashes.Gtree10
Even worse than the original app
This is supposed to be the new and improved(!) app. What a joke. If takes forever to log in and then when it finally gets to the main page, if you select anything, it times out or crashes. RidiculousSFTravelBug

Keeps Saying Session Times Out
I know this app is brand new, but it keeps kicking me out after like 15 seconds. I keep getting a “session timed out” error message and then I have to re-log in. Super frustrating!Kdb16
Miserable on iPad
This “ new and improved” Princess app is a big step backward on both my iPads. It does not scale to full screen, leaving a 2/3 window in the middle of the screen with giant fonts and essentially unusable.
The App Store description claimed compatibility with both my iPads, both running iOS 17.1.2.
The previous Princess Medallion app expands to full screen, seems to have adequate functionality, and will continue to be used by me until killed by the App developer.Jimbo 43$$
Timeout after logon
Nice looking, the current issue is it times out real fast when login with userrid and password, fix this so we can use it.crpeck
