Hoping this is a springboard for better things
I was thinking the app would now support showing dining, spa and shore excursions in the ‘my journey’ section. I do like that the muster station is clearly shown. No improvement wit port guides, still can’t download most of them as in the old app. The ones you can download are very out of date. I also like that the countdown is shown in days rather than days hours minutes. The day count always threw me off on the old app.
Things I wish you could do
Pre-order meals at the MDR, speciality and casual venues. Especially special order dietary meals
Check the wait time for MDR
Get tender tickets
See the ship’s position speed and heading
View other ships in the area similar to cruise tracker websites
See what other ships will be in port especially the size to get an idea of how crowded the port will be
See what the WiFi upload and download speeds are
See what evenings are formal nights
Check your casino points and or rating
View maintenance requests and status
Show alerts for spa appointments, bookmarked events, dining and sanctuary times.
Hopefully someone is looking at these.

Beware of this app
It takes 30 seconds or more to just sign in and then when I try to Check in, the sessions times out before I can do anything. This app is not ready for prime time yet! Can’t compare any other feature because the session times out due to extended response timeRattlersNo1
Crash
Some of the features crash the app. The does not remember your login.Treager grill master
Doesn’t Work
Login mostly just spins and returns to login. If you do manage to get in you get a session timed out message within a few seconds and are sent back to login screen.
Update: Later on I was able to get in, but it wants me to completely redo all of my check-in information, despite being “green lane” on the previous app.

Kicks me out
The app continues to kick me out and says “session timed out”. Then app doesn’t remember your email so you need to enter your email and password again to sign inBowling student
Times out session too early
Everything works great until you click on the check in or medallion class section. It immediately times out the session and logs you out.Khcg.alison
Can only see one booking at a time
Just became available today - Dec 27th. I do not like the way I need to access my 2nd booked cruise. Needing to remember or look up the booking numbers is not convenient.

Needs work!
Downloaded it, logged in, clicked a button, was immediately logged out. Five times in a row. It doesn’t remember my password. If it does do Face ID, it doesn’t stay open long enough for me to activate it. If I’m on a cruise and I have to keep logging in to check things, the app is worthless. This app needs a huge update for speed and user friendliness.DMCJRRN

I don't think this is really an update to their old app, very glitchy, very slow, and it's very hard to find anything! They bury the simple things you need under multiple layers of other things, it is not as simple as the old app was! if I can, I'll stick with the old app as long as I can it was easier!landrochechris
