Exhausting
The new app doesn’t remember your sign on information so you have to repeatedly re-enter it. Also the app session kept “timing out” after I just logged on and would take you back to the sign on screen again. It’s totally a step backwards.Mazowauk
Not that good yet
Ok there are some pluses for this new app but it isn’t quite there yet! I was able to look at the times that were entered for me for dinner for us - that was nice, but when I went to look at another area it told me my session was timed out and it asks me for my password. Again! Why? That is a pain that I have to keep inserting my password all over again.
Princess fix this app so that it works! I don’t want to have to keep putting in my password again and again!!!!Furkidmom
Disappointed
This app makes me login every time. Then it signs me out saying the session has expired. I wish it could open with FaceId or just stay logged in like the other app. Some of the features are definitely improved, but the logging in issues need to be addressed.KelasuB
Unusable
I’ve tried more than a dozen times to use the new app and I keep getting “timed out” messages which take me back to the login screen . Literally unusable. I’ll stick with the old app as clunky as it was at least it worked most of the time.OnTheRoadWithU
New version is a nightmare
The old version of the app was working fine. I had to update to the new version and now I have to log in each time I open the app. Also, when I log in and immediately go to the check in to see if everything is complete, I get a session time out message. I cannot get to this section. Guess I have to forget the app and drag out the computer. What a hassle.deeks121
Session timeout?!?
Able to log in and move around but gives a Session Timeout after seconds if I tap “Check in”. Old Medallion app still works great. Does not keep me signed in so I have to log in each time. I’m running an iPhone 13 with IOS 17 public betapickanameforme
App always crashes
This app is worst than the last one. Not sure how a cruiser is going to submit their preferences with this app when it does not work. I can sign in, it recognizes my sign in, then a pop up appears that states my session has timed out. Princess developers need to test apps thoroughly before they release it. And the Princess website crashes often also! I suggest that Princess cruise line hire more competent app/web developers. I am still using the old app, but it is not supposed to work after 1 February.Newfairgoer

Won’t keep me logged in
On the new app when I try to check-In for my Emerald Cruise on April 30, 2024 it tells me Session Timeout, Your session has expired. Please log in again. Keeps logging me out no matter what I do. I’ve already tried deleting & reinstalling the app & it still logs me out.Fldisappointed
Old app worked better
This app is meant to be a functional tool while on a cruise vacation. But it requires that you sign in with your email and password EVERY time you open it. Why not implement Face ID or an option to remember the login info? No one wants to type in their stuff every time they need to use the app. Boo.paulkoob
