    On the old app I was able to view all cruises I have booked, but so far, I can’t find this on the new one. Also, I was in the green lane on old app, new one needs my payment information, but my husband is in green lane with my payment information?!

    Haven’t been logged out even if I’m on it a day later.

  • Tech is beyond awful

    To say Princess technology is terrible is being kind. It honestly terrifies me that if they can’t get an app to work right and consistently, what will the cruise be like.

    I constantly get kicked and have to relog in. I try to make a reservation and it just spins. Make a payment (you would think that’s the one thing they want to work well?) …. Nope, spins and I eventually have to call. Excursion reservations, get kicked out and have to sign back in. Then after all the battles, you get a message that they are having technical difficulties. Incredibly frustrating. If we hadn’t already booked around this particular cruise, I would seriously change.
  • So far, so good

    Works fine on my iPad and iPhone on IOS 17.2. At first I thought my dining reservations for April 2024 cruise didn’t transfer over, but they did. You just have to get familiar with looking at different screens.
  • Needs fixing!!!

    Was really looking forward to this new app but I DO NOT like how I can only access one booking at a time! Please fix this now! I have more than one one cruise booked for 2024 but I can’t access them on one page/view unlike the previous app. I have to sign in with my other booking numbers so that is very annoying since I don’t have all of my booking numbers memorized.
  • Not scaled for iPad

    I only downloaded the new version on my iPad as I’m embarking within a week and don’t want issues when I know how to maneuver in the old app on my iPhone. The app doesn’t fill the screen on the iPad making it look amateurish.

    The app is okay- like the journey view improvements and ability to book specialty dining. However, very frustrating to have no ability to see all my booked cruises as I can in the old app.

    Perhaps a “where is” tab with details of where to find things would be helpful to those of us who are very well versed in finding our way around the old app.
  • Multiple cruises booked are not shown

    I see a lot
    Of improvements over the old App.
    My big concern is, we were able to see all our cruises, just by tapping our profile picture in the lower right corner.

    Now, this new App, we only see the next cruise. It is a pain to have to log in with a booking number for each cruise. We luke to see all the cruises and be able to quickly work on them. Give us this enhancement back.

  • Downgrade

    This APP doesn’t even allow me to log in. I can only access my booking through the booking number and then I can only access one booking and not the others. Everything is buried and inaccessible. Takes twice as many clicks to do the same thing the other one did. Please allow us to keep the old one. This one is awful.
  • Needs work!

    Downloaded it, logged in, clicked a button, was immediately logged out. Five times in a row. It doesn’t remember my password. If it does do Face ID, it doesn’t stay open long enough for me to activate it. If I’m on a cruise and I have to keep logging in to check things, the app is worthless. This app needs a huge update for speed and user friendliness.
    After the update: MUCH BETTER!!! Thank you for correcting the crashes and log outs. 3 stars because I like the old app better.
  • Released too soon?

    The time out issues everyone else mentioned is only one bug (and circumvented by the more cumbersome log-in method of booking number vs. name/password)—-and needing to log in every time still applies there. Also, as mentioned, you can only see your next booking, not all if you have multiple, which was available in the previous app. Something else missing from the previous version is the ability to see guests linked to you who have other booking numbers.

    For the new Sun Princess, the ship map is not loaded. You also still can’t book dining reservations, although I understand that is because the ship hasn’t loaded info, not a glitch in the app.
  • Worst App Ever

    The old app was bad and this new one is even worst. It removed some of the good features like adding companions, port guides and etc. The dinning reservation still does not work and there is a chat but only with the staff but not other passengers. To summarize, I am very frustrated with this app and I believe many people will think the same.
