  • Complete waste of money

    This is not what I expected at all.

    This service is not a wardrobe box. Instead only a styling service. I spent a lot of time filling out information regarding sizes, styles etc.

    The clothes that were recommended were not available for the sizes I specified in my intake forms.

    I was supposed to receive a 1 hour styling session. I received 20 minutes and then the stylist left to search for my sizing information and our session was cut short.

    I have not yet heard back from the stylist. It has been over two weeks. I have contacted support and was offered a replacement appointment which would have been satisfactory as long as the recommendations were relevant but when I respond back with a date and time, that email goes without response as well. It is impossible to schedule this suggested appointment.

    I requested a refund since I purchased other sessions upfront that have not been used but was told since I agreed to their terms I cannot have a refund and personal dissatisfaction is not covered under their refund policy.

  • SCAM!!!

    I have tried to email them multiple times and asked multiple times for them to stop charging my card and have got nothing but an auto response and they still charged my card more than I signed up for! This is theft and illegal! I’m having to cancel my card just to stop this! There are no time slots available to meet with a stylist that is a reasonable time. Only spots in the middle of the night. So basically you are signing up and paying for weeks to be on a waiting list for something I don’t even know what I’m going to get. Not what I thought I was signing up for. Complete scam! Do not try this you will have to completely cancel your card to stop them from charging you!

  • FRAUDULENT - Do NOT download this

    ANOTHER UPDATE - it is 3/30, I downloaded this app on 3/23. I have attempted to contact the customer support email the developer listed in this response EVERY DAY since 3/23. They will not respond and do not follow the policies they publish. They charged me AGAIN today.

    UPDATE - the reply to this is telling me to contact an email address that DOESN’T RESPOND. I was just charged again today after trying to contact this email for 6 days. It’s a misleading service and they will not respond to your support requests and it’s impossible to cancel. There is no way to contact them through the app. I went through the email I received when I signed up and have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. Beware!

  • Not worth it

    No one should pay for this. It is a scam. It has one name on Instagram ad, another one when you access it, and the app has another name. It gives you a subscription option, leading you to think it is a monthly subscription. Then the only available appointment was in 12 days. And there is absolutely nothing else on the app, but many options to chat with a stylist, you can pay more for more details on your chat... The only thing I could do in 12 days is wait. So I cancelled it. I thought I would still chat with the stylist in 12 days. But then I realized I was canceling a WEEK subscription. So…. I paid for nothing. There is absolutely nothing else on the app. But ads. Not clothes ads. Chat with an stylist ad. Useless.

  • Not worth it

    To be fair, the stylist said she had technical difficulty. That said, it took 30 minutes for her to deliver an outfit recommendation, where one single item did not match my preferences. I asked multiple times how the process work and received no reply. This leads me to believe she was working with other people at the same time, which is fine, but it took WAY too long and did not match what I answered. There is no discussion, it is all over chat. You sign on, they tell you to wait while they put together an outfit based on your quiz responses. Whatever tech they use to pick the outfits obviously leaves a lot to be desired. I will just use Pinterest, what a waste of time and money.

  • Must pay extra for promised services

    During the quiz after some answers you are promised certain things.
    Specifically:
    Our stylists will help you defining your body shape.
    Cuts and designs most flattering for your curves.
    We will include items to match your style preferences.
    When crafting a color scheme for you, our stylists will consider your favorite colors.
    We will select accessories that perfectly complement your style.
    87% of similar women found unique style in a month.
    THEN
    Congrats! It is time to provide you with a personal style guide. Then you click on CREATE MY GUIDE. BUT that’s not what happens. It takes you to download Lumi, which then becomes TITLE on the App Store.
    You don’t get a guide! You get NOTHING!
    You make an appointment with a stylist. The soonest one is 9 days away at 4 am. What can I do until then? Nothing. Cant look at outfits or anything.
    I paid $7.99 for a weekly plan where it said YOUR OUTFITS ARE READY!
    Where???
    Then, there’s a “discover” area where you can pay extra for services that are actually what was already promised. Even all of these require payment BEFORE you choose a time. Those are probably 9 days away, too.
    It’s just all sketchy and vague and not anything received anytime soon.

  • Interesting concept

    I had no idea what to expect when I agreed to trial period. My first chat session was today. Here are my thoughts:

    Positives: The curated outfit is easy to view and easy to navigate through links to see pricing, availability, more pictures. The stylist was able to replace items I didn’t like to create a different look during our session. The options were affordable, if mainstream. (I’m not sure if you can specify your price range, that may effect the brands you see.

    Negatives: The “dead” time in the session was lengthy. 5 mins to get connected to stylist. 25 minutes before I actually saw the outfit from the stylist. I need to explore more to see if there are options to share more about my personal style. The outfit chosen for me was not as seasonally appropriate as I would have liked but after an hour in session, I tapped out.

    Overall it’s a fun way to explore new looks, brands, accessorizing options.
    I would recommend.

  • Don’t give them your credit card info!

    I saw an ad on Instagram for this company. I liked the questionnaire. It was only $6 to sign up for a trial week. Once I signed up, I learned they charge left and right for services. It’s not a straightforward style box like DailyLook or Stitchfix. It’s $99 a month for this and $30 a month for that. Plus random charges of $8.99 and $9.99 and 0.99. And all these charges occurred after I had cancelled my membership. I have received two cancellation confirmation emails but I continue to accrue charges. I’ve submitted a complaint to my credit card company and they are investigating. TITLE is based in Cyprus with no phone number available. I don’t know where all the positive reviews are coming from. Don’t sign up!

  • Not Worth The Time, Money, or Hassle

    As all the other 1-star reviews indicate (I wish I’d read this before subscribing), the app is not as advertised, not intuitive to navigate, and has several tabs of features that are not accessible without paying more. I gained nothing from the amount I spent and actually lost time for the number of attempts I made to get help navigating the app, and eventually to cancel the subscription. The only response I got from customer “support” was to decline my refund request, and to mention features that I can’t find anywhere in the app. When I inquired about where to find said features I never heard back. I was really hopeful about having a consistent stylist for my PhD graduation this May, and as I develop my academia wardrobe. This is the first time I’ve ever given a 1-star review and Title has sadly earned it.

  • Buyer Beware! Fraudulent Scam

    When I downloaded the app and signed up for the subscription I was under the impression that I would get some type of guided stylist advise…the way it is advertised. Like some other customers, I also thought the style session would be a call or video chat something of that nature. It was a text chat and the stylist was very unhelpful. Clearly preoccupied and was a complete waste of my time. Since I realized upon signing up that none of the services that are advertised are actually included in the subscription but are in fact add ons, I decided this was not the subscription I wanted. When I reached out to customer service to cancel (because trying to cancel online is also not straightforward) I was told via customer service that since my reasons for cancelling were my “personal reasons” I couldn’t get a refund. And that it was actually not a fraud that they offered a money back guarantee because you cannot sign up for the service without agreeing to the terms and conditions (whatever THAT means). DO NOT purchase this service, they are scammers at worst-extremely misleading at best. DO NOT believe these pc answers they are giving in response to the reviews. They are frauds.
