  • First meeting with stylist

    Charlotte was very sweet and patient with me. I gave her lots of details the end product was a look I pretty much already do. So I guess that was a success. The chat session did freeze mid way through I took a star off for that. She sent me the link to report technical problems which was very helpful as I couldn’t add my phone number into my profile either. I will continue to try this service again hopefully next time I will come up with a few wonderful surprises.

    I’ve always wanted to try something like this. I’m glad I tried it and want to try the outfit that was chosen for me. The stylist gathered my likes and interests she did an absolute fantastic job and friendly. I’ll definitely keep using this app for future ideas on my outfits!

    Sam helped me pick a spring outfit for a date with my husband. She did a good job asking questions to guess my style and preferences and made a few nice suggestions. I ended up getting a dress and a necklace she suggested, since I already had similar shoes and a purse.
    I give her credit because it is pretty difficult to find smth for a complete stranger you haven’t even seen so quickly.
    She suggested Personalized Wardrobe Revamp service as a follow up. Which that’s what I originally thought this appointment will be. So the app description of services and the whole scheduling the appointment is confusing.

  • I felt lost until Anita came into my life!

    I was paired with a fabulous fashion expert and now my life is so much more easier!!! I now have a guide for my color type! I loved the bright pinks! But unfortunately it’s not the best color for my undertone. We can’t know it all though so I’m grateful for the help I received today and I give this app five stars!!!

  • ZERO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE

    I have been trying to open the link to Manage My Subscriptions since day 1. I get an error message every single time. I’ve reached out a couple times via the contact link and an email listed on the error message to no avail. I have yet to use any of the services and now just wish to cancel. Don’t see anything about that on the app. It’s probably in the “Manage My Subscriptions” section of the app. This is extremely frustrating.

  • Phoebe Fabulous Stylist session

    Had my first session today. I’m not a big fashion person but I do like to look good and was looking for a way to spice up my wardrobe with a BOHO / Casual style.

    Phoebe spend time asking questions to get to know what I wanted and put together a great outfit. She tweaked it until we had exactly something I loved and fresh ideas for my wardrobe.

    I’m still learning app but the service is for a stylist and then I purchase the items that I want from links. I downloaded on a whim thinking it was a box subscription but love the personal touch.

  • 5 ⭐️ to Jordan (stylist) | 3 ⭐️ to the app & support

    This service is not exactly what I expected from the advertisement (I thought it’d be a box subscription). But I decided to give it a try (although, I am VERY CONCERNED about the reviews on the cancellation policy). My first experience was good overall.

    Positive:
    - simple app (a little too simple)
    - my first session with Jordan was good. She was very pleasant, listened to all my wishes & styles preferences and picked a great outfit, I loved every item!
    - direct links to clothes
    - email reminders about sessions

    Negative:
    - absolutely NO response from the customer service (very suspicious). I reached out multiple times with questions on HOW TO USE THIS SERVICE/ HOW THE SESSIONS ARE WORKING/ WHAT TO EXPECT.
    - I had to wait for an actual session to discover it’s a CHAT (I prepared for a live call).
    Less personal + took full 2 hours for back & forth on both ends (not stylist’s fault but the service design fault = pun intended). Perhaps, it’s only the intro session to learn more about me but again, I HAD NO IDEA THAT IT’D TAKE SO LONG.

    Conclusion:
    I’ll give the service another chance because I liked the stylist’s approach and choices. But if it’s gonna take 2 hours each time for a CHAT session, I’ll have to cancel. I’d be more willing to spend 1 hour talking live where the stylist can actually see me and what I’m currently wearing for a more personal experience.

  • Found 2 pieces I have been searching for all year

    My stylist name was Charlotte, and I was surprised at how quickly she was able to understand my style, and to present me with an outfit that was right in line with my ask. The style actually matched dress that I had many years ago that I always received compliments on. The service is worth its money and now I know where I can buy shoes in my size and finally get the right type of jacket for California weather.

  • Stylist for outfit choice ❤️

    I had a great experience with Anita, who was super helpful with picking out an outfit for me. Went through a lot of suggestions to help with the customers satisfaction and style. Great for advice on outfits, but I just wasn’t expecting to buy the clothes separately from the app. I just don’t have the money right now to be buying all of it. I was thinking the clothes came with the subscription, I guess I didn’t read that much into it. From what I was told they are working making it more accessible for buying clothes through the app, but for now it’s just through links. Which is still helpful, just not what I was expecting.

  • Buyer beware!

    Complete scam, downloaded the app not realizing that you cannot purchase anything through the app and ask for a refund less than 24 hours after downloading the app since it just wasn’t what I thought it was and they refused Refund. Do not download this app!!!! I’m realizing now that reading through the other similar experiences in these reviews, that there is no intention for this company to fix its app or it’s customer service policy as this, unfortunately, seems to be a shared experience among almost all of the people they duped, and they have no intention of making it right for anyone.
