  • Poorly Created- Don’t waste your money!

    I downloaded this app feeling so excited to revamp my style and have a professional help me with it.

    The app has nothing to look at or shop around for- other than trying to sell you more appointments. In order to have an outfit styled for you, you have to make an appointment with a “real” stylist. When I pulled up the schedule, everything was booked except for 1am and 2am slots. I booked ten days out a 9pm appointment on a Sunday.

    When I signed on for my first appointment, a bot greeted me then a few minutes later connected me to an online “live” agent. The agent was nice, but took around 5-8 minutes to ask and answer questions. The appointment took a full HOUR to choose a “curated” outfit for me that was a turtle neck, jeans, sneakers, jacket and accessories (chain, earrings, and purse). The experience was so painful and the outfit was so underwhelming. An HOUR for this, it does not make sense.

    The bottom line is that it’s a waste of your precious time. You can just find outfits on Pinterest! Save your money and time!!!!!
