The single worst mobile app I’ve used
This is the single worst mobile app I’ve had the displeasure of using. Instead of integrating payment it opens a browser window, which does not function correctly (or at all). I ended up giving up and swearing off KFC simply because of how insanely aggravating this app is to use. Never again.

It took me an extremely length of time to get my order placed.
Everything was fine until I get to the PLACE ORDER and absolutely nothing happens.
This has happened every time I have ordered recently and today it was 30 minutes before I finally got through the system. It appears to be a very simple procedure but once you hit the place order. Nothing happens and you wait and wait and wait and then you have to start over.
Very frustrating and I am checking on alternatives in the area.
You really need to speed this up.

Payments not working
Paying with this app doesn’t work anymore, either through Apple Pay or with a saved credit card. It’s been like this for over a month now. The app is also frustrating to use in general because of the constant opening and closing of windows.
