  • A piece of mind with an easy claim process

    This is a great warranty if something accidentally happens to your beautiful purchase. It is easy to make a claim with this app and it truly is a worry no more policy. Easy to claim and it was worth the purchase of the warranty.
  • Easy and user friendly

    Found the app perfect. Walked me through and had my products already listed. Appreciate that I didn’t have track down all the receipts.
  • Worrynomore app

    The app was very easy to use. Just follow the screen prompts. Using my iPhone, it took less than 15 minutes including logging in for the first time. I wish I had known it was so simple to file a claim.
  • Submitted but took some time

    Submission was easy but I’m still not sure I did it right! I purchased a 3 piece sectional and and have issues with the fabric on all of it. They are labeled in the app with a scu number or something (no description included which would clear up all confusion) so I have no idea what piece of the couch I’m claiming or if I have claimed the whole couch which was my intention.
    The whole photos and problem selection of the claim process was simple and easy so that was nice but I’m still not sure I’ve done it right and you only have 3 days to file!!!!
  • Claim process

    While the claim process was easy. There is too many options to choose from as far as describing whats wrong. Most options are not written in a way thats easy to understand

    I think it would be best to just let the customer describe the problem and then choose which piece it is related too
  • This warranty is a scam!

    Forget what any salesperson may have told you — they will deny your claim and you have no recourse. We were told pet damage would be covered, but the claw marks on our couch were dismissed as “gradual build up over time.” Worse, the ripped seam in our couch cushion was also dismissed as “gradual build up over time.” It’s not really a warranty if they deny all claims. The sales person at Macy’s lied to us.

    So what can you do? Nothing. They already have your money. Your only appeal is to the same people who just denied the claim!

    There should be a class action lawsuit against these crooks.
  • Horrible UI/UX

    The amount of times you have to answer the same question is ludicrous……. So you type out what the issue is, take photos to submit and then you have to answer 8 more questions that you already answers when you WROTE OUT what the problem was. This app is atrocious and you’re better off just calling your sales associate to handle the claim for you.

    With all the issues I’ve had, I’d never purchase the Worry No More again.
  • Scam!

    We purchased the worry no more warranty coverage for our dining table. We have had the table for about 3 years and we purchased a 5 year plan. I had filed a original claim for some accidental chipping and scratching. They denied the claim and referred me to email the disputes department which was a complete waste of time. Just recently I filed a claim because of a accidental spill causing stain and bubbling. Again they denied my claim. When I told them that I reviewed the terms and conditions and accidental spills are in fact covered, they told me to file a dispute. It is clear they have no intentions of honoring their terms and conditions. This is 100% a scam, they will take your money and never honor the terms. Read past reviews no one has ever wrote a review saying Worry No More has actually replaced or repaired an item under warranty. WORRY NO MORE IS A SCAM.

    I found it very easy to submit claims. Now awaiting contact and resolution of claim for sofa marker stain and animal claw damage. I am hoping to be as pleased with resolution as I have been with purchase and claim submission.
  • Good mattress pad

    I really like this mattress protector. But when I washed it & it matted together, that was disappointing.
