Mattress Protector Claim
When I purchased this extended warranty, I was assured that submitting a claim would be hassle-free. Since purchasing this agreement 9 years ago, I’ve filed one claim for a mattress protector and did not have to go through the effort of submitting photos and responding to a myriad of questions. I would understand this necessity for a “mattress” claim, but find this a bit over the top for a mattress protector. This will certainly make me think twice about purchasing a Worrynomore plan in the future.crypsak

The app was extremely easy to navigate. I did not understand the LAF and RAF but pictures and video should explain. It just stopped operating. The rest of claim filing was great.kenneth huseman
Overall simple to use and submit my claim
While the app is very straight forward and simple to use, I had a hard time going back a step if I was not content with a picture or video I had previously taken. While it was not convenient to start over I found this much easier than speaking to someone and trying to explain to them the issue I was trying to get resolved.AF1408

Horrible service
We have been trying to get our couch repaired since March. We cannot get anyone to answer the phone or multiple emails. Absolutely a waste of money to have a warranty that won't service what we paid to have them cover. Do not use Macy’s or their warranty service you will be frustrated and angry you used them.JWhiteTN
