    The process of sending a claim was fast and easy. I hope I get my replacement as quickly!
  • Which plan?

    Since my chair broke in an accident, I wasn’t sure which one of my plans to select, structural or accidental. Took a guess. Also, I wasn’t able to choose more pics to submit show full extent of damage. The easiest claim I’ve submitted was on the phone. Their website, in 2018, was a nightmare @ was asking for more pictures for claim than for a marketing shoot. The app is much easier, but still needs some work.
  • Horrible Customer Service

    I submitted a claim for my couch, received one phone call, returned the call and never heard from anyone again. They closed my claim. I have attempted to contact them 3-4 additional times with no response. Our couch which we have only had a little over a year is falling apart and we are stuck with a broken couch which is almost unusable at this point. I will never buy furniture from Macys again due to having to deal with this.

    I love how quick and easy it is to submit a claim and the response time is always very fast as well.

    I was nervous using the app based off some poor reviews. The bad reviews appeared to be from a few years ago so I gave it ago rather than calling in. Submitting was very easy and user friendly, took less than a minute to upload the process and get confirmation. Still waiting to hear back on the rest of the process and if there will be any problems.

    Submitting the claim was simple using the app. I’m hoping that getting the problem fixed is just as simple!
