Dog damage
So far, the app is great and a piece of cake. Just downloaded the app, answered a couple of questions, took a few pics and video and submitted. Now I am just waiting on the answer from WNM!cane1172

Worry No More denies your claims
If you bought this warranty I would recommend you cancel it and get your money back. We have a chaise where the armrest is sagging - from elbow use - and they believe that is normal. A 3” sag shouldn’t occur on a chaise lounge- but no, according to the company that is fine. This is another way for Macy’s to make 10% more on your furniture purchase and they don’t stand behind it. What a joke. This is why Macy’s is slowly going out of business.Sabeous
Easy to submit claims but has simple issues
Very easy to file the claim, but found few issues: 1. While taking pictures there is no option to take more than one pic.
Other issue is when we add more than 3 issues the Submit claim button is going to the bottom of the screen and invisible to press on it. Tried multiple times to drag it up and hit the button.sunnyall99
1 Minor bug but easy to use and great app
Please review the app because when you create multiple claims the Submit button moves down and the application doesn’t scroll down making the submission very challenging. Other than this, great job with the application and easy to use. Thank uMJ32546
