I filed a claim took forever for someone to get back to me. Had one guy come out look said he couldn’t fix it. I called back they sent another guy out. He could fix it but didn’t have the right tools. Would hear back from Macys but never did. Called them back said I could not file on this because it was after 2 week window! What a rip off & scam! I will not ever buy a Worry No More from Macys again!!!Difficult to begin, but…

This app was very easy to use the only issue I had was picking where one my chair was the issue. There were so many options, would be nice to narrow it down once the specific furniture was chosen. Other than that it was great.Claims Hassle Free
This is the 2nd claim I have had on my dining set. Using the app is so easy and can be done night op day, whenever convenient. The 1st claim was hassle free as am sure the 2nd will be. So glad I purchased this great protection from Macy’s!Easy to File A Claiim

When the option comes up and asks you to select the appointment, and then you choose it and finally try to submit by tapping the “Select Appointment” button, a popup shows that says “Please select an appointment.”
