  • Quick inconvenient

    This is my go to app. I have several apps that I deal with different Arrowhead Credit Union is a great app on the go. It’s a real introduction to live a remote off the grid and mobile in the future to come great job. Keep up the great work.

  • Zelle doesn’t work properly

    I love everything else about the app, but when I want to send money to someone through Zelle, I can do it only once. After that I put in their information in to send money, it says that that contact already exists and to select new information. But it doesn’t even show me that their information is in my app. So I have no way of sending them money more than once unless I have them request it from me. Very frustrating.

If you’re in the app and need to make a second payment to someone, please use the magnifying glass icon to search for them rather than entering their details twice.   • Mobile app and customer service

    Ever since I joined ACU, I NEVER had any issues and/or situation(s) that were not resolved. I was always offered support and/or options that may help me guide any of my accounts with opportunities. Even though the nearest ACU bank is about 4-4.5 hours away from my new home, I thought it would be inconvenient for any assistant I may have. Surprisingly, it’s not. The online banking and customer service department is pretty phenomenal. I look forward on backing with ACU personnel and with my future business. Thanks again to all ACU staff.

  • Horrible login

    This app is terrible it constantly crashes and then forgets all of my sign-in settings -yes, I keep my apps up to date and I gave it permission to use biometrics on this phone through settings.

    - I have my banking apps set up with biometrics so I can automatically sign in with Face ID. The app allows us to set up biometrics but it barely works and then the “remember me” option is faulty as well. I’m constantly being forced to enter my login information when I have biometrics set up and the remember me option selected.
    I have no problem remembering my login information it’s just frustrating to have these faster login options that rarely work.

  • App needs some major updates

    The older app was way better. The newer app is always logging me out. And that is really inconvenient. The older app also updated the available balance faster. I hope you guys fix these bugs.

  • App rarely works

    There are way too many flaws and dysfunctions. They say you can do zelle but mine doesn’t work. I’ve called twice and nobody bothers to call me back with a resolution. Constant maintenance and still an app that is only working half the time. Lately with when log in and go to your account and then it boots you out and you have to re login, again. It’s so frustrating, and time consuming. In todays digital world these things matter. The only reason I haven’t changed banks is because it’s been years of being with arrowheads & the inconvenience of changing everything over to a new bank would be a pain. But if the issues persist I will.

  • Convenient and Easy to use

    I was a little confused at first but quickly got the hang of it once I found where the features I used frequently were. Now it’s a breeze to use. One caveat (might be a one-off), but I left a message asking a question and it took days before I got an answer. I rarely use the messaging feature anyway so jic be aware.

    I always have issues with this app. It takes one to two hours to receive and send funds. Just frustrating.

    I am enjoying using Arrowhead Credit Union app. It’s user friendly, easy to navigate and move funds from one account to the next. I also called customer service on a Sat morning and the young lady was extremely friendly and helpful. I took a few minutes for the system to download, but once it did I was able to compete my transactions in less than minutes. I highly recommend using the app! It’s worth it!
