TOTAL SCAM!!!! BEWARE
I applied for the PPP Loan through Kabbage, was approved and instructed to verify my bank account once Kabbage made two “micro transactions” well that was over a week ago and still no transactions to verify. I’ve called the customer service number 36 times and just keep being hung up on and no one answers. I’ve emailed their customer service over a dozen times, still silence no reply!!! I’ve even DM’d them on Facebook and Twitter multiple times and still have gotten ZERO RESPONSE!! They can email me that my loan will be removed if I don’t verify the account but there is NO WAY for me to verify it!!! This is a total scam of a company that feels like they’re stealing from those of us that need help during this pandemic!! DO NOT USE KABBAGE FOR ANYTHING!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬if I could I’d give them Negative 5 stars!!

Credit that disappears when you need it most
I had a Kabbage line of credit for two years which I used when needed to fill shortfalls, and fuel growth. When Covid hit, I had no reason to draw down any funds but felt secure because I had access to a line of credit I could pull from if needed. To my surprise and disappointment... I logged in one day to review an upcoming payment and noticed my available credit showed zero. Kabbage had decided to stop lending, and did not announce it to anyone who already had an existing line! Yep, that’s right... poof gone! The line of credit I had relied on vanished into thin air... even though I had never missed a payment and was only carrying a small balance. Once I noticed I immediately paid off the balance, and will NEVER use Kabbage again! My company works with over 200 small businesses in the bookkeeping and accounting space... I would regularly recommend Kabbage to my clients as a great tool to have in their toolkit... Kabbage will never get another recommendation from us, and I will actively discourage clients from using Kabbage in the future. Unbelievable.

Handy line of credit UNTIL they focused all their efforts to PPP after COVID 19 ( per email). Very disappointed that as I paid this off as expected to $0 balance, was unable to use/ access funds again to recover my own business. We didn’t all choose the Paycheck Protection Program. If your expenses are Not employees, this provided no help.

Poor customer service
I applied a month ago for the PPP loan and it STILL hasn’t even been submitted to the SBA. You can’t reach an actual person to get an update on how long until they submit and it feels as if there is no customer service. Then I applied through a small Seattle bank and they had it reviewed and approved by the SBA within 24 hours. Kabbage either is too overwhelmed or putting the smaller loan requests on the back burner like the big banks did 👎

In most difficult times Kabbage closed its doors
After accessing the funds 2 times paying it back earlier than due,now when I thought I could get funds again for few weeks this company says that at this time I’m unable to access funds.
They charge a high amount of interest when economy is good but when people most needed they shut down they’re loan program.
I’ve should’ve gone to any local branch of any big bank’s the very first time.

Kabbage is perfect
I’ve been using kabbage for about 3 years. I’ve borrowed 10s of thousands of dollars and they have helpful staff that will work with you when you need it to set up customized borrowing. As a business owner and as a parent, I’d be dead in the water without Kabbage.
Owning a small business
With a great LOC and monthly payback, you will need help. Kabbage has done my small business very well. It comes in handy ore ways than none. It’s simple and easy. It grows when you grow. Don’t get hard loans with crazy daily paybacks. Get Kabbage so you don’t have to stress about the little things your business needs. If you are looking for a lender this is it right here Kabbage has been very good to our small business! I fee like they understand real life people and situations the ups and downs of life! They are always there for you as long as you pay them back they will keep helping you! Forget the credit cards or expensive loans with outrages interest rates! Kabbage will tell you upfront how much they will charge you and how much are your payments everything without holding back makes it a very understandable for everyone! Love it!!!❤️❤️❤️💯💯

Predatory lending at its finest!
I received a line of credit, realizing the interest rate was disclosed at 80%, but had no idea that I would accrue over $500 in interest within an hour?
Unless you’re desperate for a business loan, stay away. I think it just cost me over $500 to receive $0, and when I do receive the funds, it’s going to cost me over $500 to give it right back.

Just when your thought.. what now?
I applied thinking what’s the worst could happen? I got approved and kabbage has been there if and when I need it. So glad I found this convenient funds source.
