Horrid App That Crashes Too Much
Combine a bad user interface with an even worse software product for your computer and this is what you get. The images never work beyond a few minutes before it freezes and you have to restart. Maybe if they had competant people making this stuff, then they might have thought about QUALITY. Yet, alas, t'was not to be.Show lessFokker1918
Live view gone
This app has worked for us for the last 2 years, ever since we bought our home. The previous owner had this system installed and we were initially liking it. However, for the last 3 months we are unable to get live feed. The only way to see anything is to go on the computer. We are both iPhone users...I don’t know if this has anything to do with it or not but based on another review, it’s possible. Swann, PLEASE fix bugs! App stopped working!
We’ve had our eight camera system for four years and it worked fine until recently. Now neither my wife’s or my phone app will show the live feed. I’m sure the WiFi is working, so based on the other reviews I’m seeing here, it must be the app. We were already planning to install a new better system but based on what I’m reading in these reviews and our system not working properly it definitely WILL NOT be a Swann system.Show lesscbt1960
Used to be ok but now it’s the worst app ever!!!
The last week or 2 I haven’t been able to use the app once. The app always used to annoy me cause it would take like 5mins to load so if you were laying in bed and heard something and tried to have a look on your phone by the time it loaded it was useless. Now I can’t even get on to look at anything. Keeps telling me loading failed. Needs serious fixing!!!!! And also can’t record anything. I’m sure a 10year old could make a better app that works 😡Show lessJooprey
Not working any more
Used to work fine. Am I missing something? Oh yeah, no updates have been done to keep up to speed with the new iOS running system “speaking for iPhone “ only here. I have two systems, for home and business whilst I am very happy with both systems, it would be great if you could make the app work on the iPad Pro, I can get it working but it’s to small to fit in screen and I can’t see all 8 cameras. I have tried downloading all your other apps but they don’t work either, could you tell me if there will be any other updates soon, or an I doing something wrong?Show lessniokonman777

It used to work
About 2 years ago maybe longer, this worked perfectly. I had iPhone 6 Plus used phone for live view and if I needed to go back I could but I preferred to use computer for that feature. Every year I buy a new iPhone. Switched to 7 plus no problems. Then I got the iPhone X. App totally quit working. I can’t view any cameras at all. Just upgraded for XS Max same result. Can’t view cameras. But very sadly my hubby has THE competitors phone 🤮 and he’s switched phones 3 times and no problems for him. So it seems to me that this company has put in its time and energy in the competitor and left the iOS users high and dry. We have the better tech and Swann is lazy and has dropped the ball. So since we were going to add cameras we will NOT be purchasing Swann again and have to get their competitor. I have a star for each phone it worked on. I’ve never given below a 5 review. Was a good product and awesome app but we have been abandoned by Swann.Show lessLady Jane 76

Unable to Fast forward or rewind a recorded session/block. I have to actually watch the entire block that has been recorded. The option appears to be available, it’s just not working. I wish it would get fixed already, that would make up for the not so great picture quality.remijio90210
