Just paid 32$ after tax and didn’t get the vpn? When the trial ended it was suppose to come with the vpn+ feature that’s the only reason I paid. Now I paid for a full year and get 100mb.. what a joke. False advertisingZombiesAteMyCat

Generally works okay, but can be a bit buggy with the vpn. Sometimes blocks connecting to the internet both on phone and when on wifi.GA-001
Turn on, and off not warning about
You will think that you are protected by keeping it on The problem I found is this app is off when you’re assuming is on.

Multi device log in problem. VPN CUTS OUT.
I’ve knocked a star off because I’ve logged in on my iPhone, but when trying to do so on my iPad I just get the spinning wheel in the middle?? All of my devices need to be secure or the App is useless. UPDATE. VPN KEEPS CUTTING OFF? A refund please?UPDATE!! I’m still unable to add my iPad? Ok but not great
Avira has been helpful at times but when I’m really nervous and run a full scan, it gets stuck at 30%. I think it’s been over an hour and I can tell something is wrong with my internet connection. I think it was a DDOS attack on a site I was on, but I don’t understand how I am being targeted. Same thing happened last Spring & I signed up for Avira trial thinking it would be more secure. Instead, I ran into all manner of headaches and the VPN was giving me trouble signing on to my utility company and other sites that are perfectly secure. I wound up having to spend more than 2 weeks figuring out how to reset my computer. Needless to say, I ended my free trial of Avira and I wouldn’t even consider paying for a subscription unless they clear up the problem with the free service!Show lesstrea-gatos
Still charged after cancelling free subscription
Downloaded this app and it did not do what I wanted it too do. I did the free subscription and canceled in straight away but a week later I have been charged. I would like to be refundedB. r1987
