Terrible set up
All I want to do is see the garbage day/recycling day schedule. I don’t know why it’s asking for a customer ID or service address. Terrible design for an app.BczDc
Cant use just for schedule
Stupid app wants me to make an account and give my billing info I only downloaded to just see the schedules 🙄 sooo stupid not worth it if you’re like me and just wanted to see the schedulelaVangelle
Worthless app
Can’t do much with this except pay them money for worthless service. Can’t to anything else without having to call them. Not worth the download since it’s not a worthy service let alone the company has no integrity with their own mission statement of customer service. Failed to follow through with bulk pickup scheduled 1 week prior. No phone call to advise can’t make it. This is what a monopoly of a company gets you. You won’t get help here
This app provides little to no info beyond billing info and your next pickup date. If you need any customer support you won’t get it here - even though it’s advertised as having a missed pickup report it has not been enabled. You won’t even be able to find a customer support phone number. Not worth your time.Show lessBronco Navy
Unable to Contact for any help
Horrible customer support process. The truck missed our pick up & I tried to report it. We have Nighborhood pick-up, so I don’t have an account number. Therefore, unable to get ANY chat or automated support. Took an hour to get thru to a person. They committed to coming back for a pick-up, but never showed. I had no way to get back in touch for follow up as the office close for the evening thru the weekend.Show lessWowowmoocow
Horrible update
The app wasn’t that great to begin with. Now it’s almost useless. The only thing that works or that is better is it’s easier to double check your pick up days. However ALL other functions just makes you bounce between the app and the website. And then it ALWAYS just loads the homepage. Can’t report a missed pickup. Can’t contact customer service. Can’t do anything. EVERY SINGLE LINK/CLICK routes you to the website homepage. Utterly crap in every sense of the word.Show lessBeowulf32
New app doesn’t work
I always used the old app to pay my bill now since they updated it the app is slow if it even loads at all!

Developer responded to concerns and the app seems to be much more useful. However, I can’t find a method to report missed pick-up if that occurs. Virtual assistant on website won’t answer that question (directed to website by app and that still doesn’t fix that issue). App
